We were there for the 2nd consecutive year, just this weekend with a negative experience to highlight, a shame because we are not going to return again, the breakfast is very complete, but they unpleasantly monitor the amount you consume when they sell it to you As a free breakfast, for example, what happened to us on the last day, I have 2 girls, one of whom hardly consumes anything, we prepared some sandwiches for the trip and we noticed that the bar employee contacted the reception, when I asked for the hotel bill, I saw an item that was not I understood what it was. I asked the manager at that time yesterday, Sunday the 14th, in the morning, and in front of other people pretending to be lively, he told me that he would charge me for the sandwiches he prepared for my girls. Obviously, I paid for it without saying anything, it was $4000, but the truth is commercially I don't think it will bring any benefits, we won't be coming back again. We stayed with my partner in the month of January. The room is normal, clean and you can see that the maids are always cleaning the entire hotel. If we have an unpleasant experience regarding the staff: in the bar the service is very bad, the ladies are poorly dressed and answer badly when you ask them for something. On the day of our departure, in the morning at the concierge there was a man who could be heard shouting at his colleagues and laughing at the passengers (he just said something about me and my husband when we left that we didn't want to answer him so as not to fight), another boy HE CUT HIS NAILS and there was one more person who could be heard sending messages on the phone. A shame because the point of the hotel is very good, but we will not return.

The hotel is acceptable, although it lacks professionalism. I paid for a parking service for my vehicle, which was new and impeccable (I bought it six months ago). The hotel has valet parking, and my car was parked in a small garage, using an elevator. When I picked it up to return to my city, the employee who drove it rushed to put my belongings in the trunk and watched us leave, which seemed strange to us. However, we didn't give it much thought at the time. When we arrived in the city of Dolores and took a coat out of the trunk, we discovered what his concern had been. My vehicle was rear-ended, with the bumper and one of the taillights broken. I immediately contacted the hotel, who assured me that the owner would review the security footage. Days later, I received an unprofessional and anonymous message from the hotel, stating that there had been no impact on their facilities. They attached a video that showed only a partial and incomplete perspective of the maneuver, despite the fact that there were at least seven additional cameras. The room assigned, defined as "classic" but basic is probably more correct, was not to my taste because it was small, noisy, with old and dilapidated furniture and windows. When I pointed this out - in fact not immediately - an employee tried to shift the responsibility onto the customer by saying that I should have said it before, demonstrating little professionalism to say nothing of the lack of empathy. After speaking with the Director, a polite and kind person, we were assigned a room of the same category but 3 floors higher. Still noisy but I appreciated the gesture.
Very well kept hall. Excellent breakfast. The breakfast staff were attentive and professional.
