General Luna Hotels with Wi-Fi

Very good, service is intimate. It is one of the best hotels in the north of General City near Cloud 9! This hotel is very popular in places where Siargao is so backward!

Booking of the hotel thru trip.com was so smooth and hassle-free. When we arrived at the hotel, there was an issue with the beds. Initially, we booked family room with 1 double bed and 4 single beds since we are a total of 6 (we paid for the additional pax). However, they told us that we and the other guest booked the same room at the same time. Since they arrived earlier, they got the room. Thus, the room that was left is a room that has only 5 single beds. Good thing, the staff thought of a solution instantly. Overall, the hotel’s service was great. Furthermore, they offered wide variety of delicious foods. Kudos to their chefs!

Room was very big!!! Its also super clean but the lighting of the room can be much more brighter. The staffs in the kitchen are superb! Love their accommodation. I super love the beach view especially when having breakfast ❤️ My only con was that I lost something here when they cleaned the room (idk why they cleaned the vanity. That’s weird). The night it got lost I reported it and they said that they will replace it, but then the morning came and I called for an update, they said that they have nothing to do with it. 🫠 It made me go nuts so we switched hotel after this. Ps the item that got lost was an essential and u cant find that in siargao. Also, there are bedbugs on our first night but they were quick to respond regarding the issue.

We love this mad monkey! We were only meant to be here for 1 week and extended for 3 weeks! Kat, Jonathan, RJ and Christian are the reason for this! They made sure everyone was happy, involved and went above and beyond to make this place great! We have stayed at a few mad monkeys and this is by far the best due to them! The Ferra Resort Siargao is a small complex of Villette, very seafront, really suggestive. Very nice and available staff, when not present (the reception is not open 24/24), they are still very fast to answer you via WhatsApp. Excellent location, being seafront, 200 metres from a RistoBar, reachable walking. Not near the city centre General Luna, you need to move with TulTuk (about 150 pesos). As the structure is rich in vegetation, it is absolutely necessary to take account of a lot of insects, whether they want or not... they forcefully enter the room, just open the door a second! But this is the beautiful nature... To have insect repellent so that you can be ready. The front beach does not offer much space, but it is not used by anyone, so for anyone who wants to be in a quiet place, it is the right place. There are many free dogs around the island: I had almost adopted one :) There is no interior restaurant, but every room is equipped with a drop of water, also present in the “dining area”, Where you can also use a American coffee shop and microwave. They also offer sea and land excursions directly at the reception. I really found myself very well, despite the first day of rain, I enjoyed my front-sea villa. I strongly advise you, for those who want to spend a few healthy days of relaxation at sea.

For Siargao it’s a good spot. For Cocotel it could be better. It was the place I had the best sleep though😍! I asked for a room far from the road and far from construction. So that is a big plus for me.
