The hotel is located quite in rhe center, 10 min walk from General luna center area.
The hotel spot is amazing and well designed from the outside, i really felt in the middle of the jungle with very cozy and chill vibe.
But, and a big but!! The interior of the cabins is old and not well maintained .
When i arrived to the hotel they told me that they “upgraded” my stay, and put me in a family cabin of 2 floors (not comfortable at all cause the beds are upstairs and the stairs are very stiff).
There was an horibble smell of sewers from the shower and the sink, just luck i had my own incense so i put it on every time i took a shower.
Moreover, the lightning in the cabin is very poor, and mostly in the bathroom area.
During the night i had lots of noices from the roof, like some animal is trying to come inside- which made me worried and get scared of going back to sleep. Also, the cabin is not sealed and i got tones of mosquitoes bites all over my body.
Staff is nice but everything takes long time until its done.
Overall - the place is very nice and the property itself is located in great spot! With very nice, relaxing and chill vibes. But i wouldnt recommend to stay in this place due to the lack of maintenance.

Poor quality staff (basically zombies) with poor English (this is a tourist spot).
The jungle décor and vibe is very nice, but you have coconuts falling from 60m-high on your pathway, bungalows are old and humid, full of mosquitoes or other insects. No chairs because the room too small.
The restaurant is always out of everything (the hotel is not in the city center), and as always you wait forever.
For 60 euros per night, I don't recommend.

It was very noisy at night, with all kinds of noises, including motorcycles and animals. The deluxe room required climbing a lot of stairs. The hotel manager had a very poor service attitude.

The resort is in green forest. Cute and tiny. The staff are friendly and nice service. There is two pool and great to have a fresh swimming there too. The food is tasty and must try local cuisine. They let us try the new chocolate lava cake and it is very nice. We stayed in deluxe room and space is narrow for the two people. The bathroom piping got sound and may be needed to do plumbing service.

-the room is too small, they’re making it looks spacious on pictures. -very dirty place the front desk is the only place that’s clean and maintained. -bathroom sink leaking and rusty, and shower heads. -AC leaking -the water from shower not that strong to take a shower. -very moldy steps and wood. I would not recommend going here. Too expensive for no reason. Don’t waste your money. They don’t do maintenance.

Do not stay here. Old and dirty. Couldn’t use pool as it was filthy. The breakfast was not edible, the waiter stood at bar trying to impress the waitress with his burping skills. The room need complete refurbishing. The bathroom was disgusting. Do not stay here. Booked 6 nights but only suffered 1 night .

I booked on the month of November 2022 with great rates to have reservations for June 16-19, 2023 I like to plan ahead. I am from Los Angeles . last night my husband received email saying “Reservations Cancelled” due to credit card issues. We called our credit card …there is nothing wrong with our cards. I went back on the website to attempt to reserve it again and noticed the prices doubled. Be aware they’ll cancel u for no reason. Look at their passed reviews and make ur own judgement. Luckily I still have 1 month to spare to make other reservations at a better place.

This establishment is scandalous. We had booked a Deluxe Villa type room which costs more than the others for 3 nights. They gave us the worst room in this hotel. One next to the street, super noisy, invaded by mosquitoes! The room is not insulated, doesn't really have a roof, so you can hear the whole street and mosquitoes get in easily. No mosquito net unlike the other rooms, no hot water. We informed the lady at reception of our dissatisfaction and asked for another room but she did not want to move a finger to find a solution and seemed to not care! Finally tells us that she will solve the hot water problem. We had a shower with either cold water or scalding water. 3 horrible nights of being devoured by mosquitoes, with the added bonus of the noise of the tuk-tuks outside and the light coming into the room. The girls who work there are rude, haughty and very unprofessional. There are plenty of other much better hotels all around so run away!
