I had an amazing stay at the Siargao Island Villas. The location was perfect, the atmosphere was great and the staff was really friendly and helpful. Amy at reception was absolutely lovely and helpful. The spa was also great, the only thing was that our massage started at 9:30 even though our appointment was for 9:00. The room was very comfortable and spacious, definitely worth the money spent. The only improvement would be to have sheets that don't have stains. Overall I had a great stay and will 100% stay here again. Highly recommend it.

Siargao Island Villas was an amazing place to stay. It was close to many shops and restaurants. The staff was very helpful and friendly. You can hire a bike and book some good day trips at receptions. We will definitely come stay there again.

Everything was great, just 2 minutes away from the beach, the beef skewers in the restaurant were delicious, highly recommended.

The hotel is very old, but the location is very good, and it is very convenient to go out to eat; The hotel's beach is very good, with white sand and clear water at high tide, and the famous Cloud 9 in the distance; The hotel's spa massage is also good. You can make an appointment to have a massage on the beach while listening to the waves. It's great!

Location wise it's great. Beachfront with a good pool. We stayed 6 days at their new and spacious Premier Villa. HOWEVER, they could do much better in terms of staff training, customer service, and breakfast food selections. Accomodation is quite pricey - similar to big brands in Boracay, Mactan and Panglao. So you would expect similar service from hotels in those areas. The staff rarely greet you and arent very attentive. We travel a lot and it's the first time my one year old child is being charged for the breakfast buffet. I thought they were kidding at first. Breakfast choices are very limited and repetitive. Had to ask the front desk to give us child friendly food options since our kids are charged for the buffet per day. Overall would give them a 3 out of 5.

Perfect for our family. Comfortable rooms right on the quiet part of the beach. Lush gardens with beach front pool. Outstanding views. Walking distance to restaurants of General Luna, but just far enough out from the hustle and bustle. Kayaks available. Beach is small and not great for swimming (nowhere really in the GL ***** is) but that’s what excursions are for! Excellent, huge breakfast too.

This resort is beach front property with a pool that faces the ocean- great spot for a sunrise. It's less than a mile to the town proper where most restaurants/cafes/bars are located, and about a mile to Cloud 9. The premier villas were amazing- a king-size bed + a twin-size trundle bed in the room can very eailyy fit 4 people. We enjoyed all the space, the bathroom was clean and the porch was a great spot to enjoy a cup of coffee or just to have a few moment of peace and quiet. Definitely book a massage by the beach, if you can.

On our arrival to siargao villas we got a welcome drink but the overall welcome was not the usual welcome we were used to in the Philippines and also every time I asked questions about general Luna it seemed like they found it hard work at the reception. The other members of staff were great! Housekeeping, bar and restaurant were so friendly. The reception smelled so good from the spa but we didn’t use the spa we didn’t have time. The breakfast wasn’t great so we just had toast and tea and payed for coffee as theirs wasn’t great. The pool and garden areas were great it felt like you were in a jungle but had a road to one side and the sea to the other. Menu food was good. Room was comfortable and clean. I personally like white sheets and all the bedding was grey. The air con and cielling fan was amazing. Bathroom could do with a bit of a deep clean . We don’t unpack as we travel around a lot but the space and wardrobes were huge. I would stay again if we ever came back but few things could be tweaked

We had an amazing stay at Siargao Island Villas in a premier suite! The suite was spacious and comfortable for our family of 4. The hotel grounds and gardens were so beautifully maintained. The property is. beachfront and we enjoyed the use of the SUPs and the pool. Breakfast was included during our stay and had a wide variety of food options including Filipino, Indonesian and Western. We also enjoyed the services of the spa. The location is within easy walking distance from many restaurants and shops. The friendly staff at the front desk also helped us book land and island hopping tours and airport transfers. We would definitely recommend staying here! Thank you for a memorable family vacation in Siargao!

The first thing I want to say is that I was very much looking forward to experiencing the Siargao island villas. I checked into the hotel, not the warmest check in I have ever experienced, somewhat unwelcoming. The grounds are on first impressions not too bad, I had a garden room which was dark inside, with dated fixture's and fittings. The pool shape is weird also and the beech not good at all, with cousin less beds. Breakfast was included, however I didn't try it as it was a buffet and didn't look great. I usually just have coffee of a morning anyway, an espresso or an Americano , but I didn't have either one of those as they only offer the already brewed coffee, poor. and for £150 per night you would at least expect a decent cup of coffee. Once my agent booked we were sent information after we made the booking telling us about construction work, ''as a duty of care" they said, however, its important to tell the perspective guest "BEFORE THEY BOOK" as a duty of care, about construction work not after.. at worst its deceit at best its being economical with the truth. Yes and you guessed it!! .... IT WAS NOISY !! On leaving I had a flight at 415pm and asked for a 1pm check out, as it takes 45mins to get to the airport. I was refused. When I shared my thoughts, that this was a bit mean, I was met with "we have to disinfect the room" what can you say to that? Also I went for the private transfer from the airport to the Hotel on arrival, which the hotel charge 2000 pesos for, not on the way back though as I found a local private transfer for a 1000 pesos. Would I return here to this hotel absolutely not.
