We went last year in the summer of 2024. First, the accessibility of the hotel is lacking. It is literally out in the boonies. You have to take a one lane road, that's only partially paved. If there's road work and the road is closed, you can still get to the hotel; however it's about a 20 minute drive out of the way. Second, the entire 10 days we were there, we did not see a single hotel worker. When we checked in, around 18:00, there was no one at the front desk and they had the keys in the outside lobby. Sure, that's convenient; however, anyone can come in and take those keys and use your room and there is nothing you can do about it. Anytime we left to go do something, there was no one at the front desk. Third, breakfast is a basket that they leave in a fridge in the lobby. Again, anyone can walk in and take it and the last two mornings we were there, we were not given any baskets. We were able to find someone to ask about it? NOPE! Staff is MIA. Fourth, the restaurant staff are extremely rude and snobby. We went with our kids and my son ordered a salad, the waiter instead brought him a hamburger and when we asked about the salad he said that the salad isn't on the children's menu.

This is an excellent hotel and suited our plans perfectlyI it is in the middle of nowhere and difficult to get a cab, so if you want to go out and explore restaurant's or bars I probably wouldn't stay here . we were doing a tour but would have loved to have had time to play golf here as the course looked superb,

So we arrived, reception closed, no one had notified us of this. Eventually, we spotted an envelope with our name on in reception. Nor had they told us that the restaurant has nothing to do with the hotel. Nor had they told us that there was an event that night. So the restaurant was closed. Luckily we had eaten at lunchtime and managed to beg bar snacks! Nor had they told us that breakfast was not included, even though we had booked it. So all in all, not impressed with the communication, the reception staff in the morning were pretty dour too. But the room was exceptional & the breakfast when we managed to sort it out, was excellent & the maître d of the restaurant very charming.

L'accomodation serait parfaite, avec une chambre soignée, un très bon lit, un séjour agréable. Mais ... Le restaurant vous traîte comme un chien. A 18.30h on n'a que le choix entre un crocqe-monsieur ou un crocqe-madame, tiède après 40 minutes d'attente et avec un café froid. Les desserts, dame blanche avec 'chocolat chaud' et tarte tatin, sont placés sur la table sans cuillère, sans rien du tout pour le manger, le chocolat solidifié et affroidit. Heureusement que les cafés sont servis avec quelque chose qui ressemble à une cuillere. Il faut ajouter que des excuses ont été présentées.

Superbement situé, en pleine nature, entouré d'u parcours de golf. A proximité de Nivelles, waterloo ou l'abbaye de Villers-la-Ville. Accueil chaleureux. Chambre hyper spacieuse et jolie. Très propre. Deux bémols quand même : un bruit énervant toute la nuit (un frigo dans le couloir je pense) d'une part et d'autre part prix du petit-déjeuner trop onéreux (en plus il faut manger dans la chambre).
