Great place to stay, we were offered 2 room suite at a very reasonable price, parking was easy and there is a great dinner spot nearby. Highly recommended for roadtrip

The room and ensuite were compact, but well decorated and clean with all we needed. The staff were really friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend this hotel. Thanks for a great stay.

Really quaint place in Gemenos if you’re looking for a quick stop over . The property is very charming and the pool area is really nice and well maintained. Our room was rather small , however for 2 nights it was fine. The issue we had was the scent but I won’t fault the facility as it was coming from outside, also, make sure you’re paking light as there are no elevators, only stairs . What I found a bit unusual is that our bathroom didn’t have an actual door nor did the stand up shower, so we had to use most of our towels to Prevent an overflow of water into the room. Staff was very friendly, parking was free, check -in and check out was easy! Last thing to note, is that to our surprise , there’s a great food scene in this city, If your schedule permits there’s a cute place next door called Arome , however they open at specific hours. City centre has many dinning options from fancy to casual, and it looks like you’re back in time as it’s like a medieval village. Overall good place to stay !

Nice overnight stop - couldn't spend a week here Fine for an overnight stop but the rooms (we had two) were incredibly small with inappropriately sized furniture. Clean but looking a bit tired (end of season?) especially public areas. Really good breakfast and friendly staff. Eye watering EV charger at 99¢/kWh which I didn't use!

We stayed here as our car broke down nearby and we needed a place to stay for 3 nights. We received such a warm and kind welcome from the manger. The breakfast was great and our kids loved the pancake machine! The rooms were newly decorated, very clean and comfortable. Gemenos was a really pretty town with the centre a short walk from the hotel. We would really recommend this place.

The pool area is nice and the rooms are clean although quite small. The one thing about this hotel that is unacceptable is the rudeness of the staff. I have never experienced such awful treatment as a guest anywhere before. We stayed here a large group and everyone of us was made to feel unwelcome and the staff were the most unhelpful. We booked for 3 nights and after night 1 they tried to kick us out of the hotel because they had double booked our room. They then told us they had sorted their mix up and we were allowed to stay. We checked out of our room at 11am and had a taxi booked at 4pm to take us from the hotel to the airport. There is a toilet in the lobby area which I politely asked to use, I was told I was not allowed to go to the toilet as the hotel is closed (it was not there were still guests there) and the way I which I was told no was in a very threatening and intimidating way. It felt like I was about to be physically thrown our of the hotel. I had an 8 month baby with me and this was really upsetting. I would never stay on the hotel again and would strongly advise against it. Its the rudest staff I ever come across.

Awful hotel, and staff were even worse! I’ll start with some positives, the pool and pool area was nice. Now for the negatives: - Staff are rude, ignorant and frustrating. - Rooms had no fridges to store any food. - We stayed in a room that smelt horrific, had mould in multiple places around the room. Had to cancel and stay somewhere else. - Overpriced massage, 4 of us all had a 30minute massage, she left after 1hr45min after all of us getting about 20-25mins. It was about €60 each for less than 30minutes! We have been trying for weeks to get a refund for the room that was awful. They refuse to acknowledge it to us or Edreams. We had to stay elsewhere. We would never stay there again, and would encourage others to think twice.
