Worst and unfriendliest experience ever. Came there with my kids 2 and 4 after a long drive. We had called before to make sure they had free rooms. Since it also was a big drive off the road we were going on. Once there they took advantage of the fact that it was late at night and we had no place to go with our small kids. They changed the price and everything they had said over the phone. The old lady running the place was so rude and my kids became scared. We took our things and gutted our even though we had no place to go. We never would want anyone experience that kind of behavior. Especially families with small kids. Be aware!!

We loved staying at Wally Berg-Apartments in ZAMS. A little off the beaten path, we felt like we found a hidden gem! Rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable for our family of 6 (2 adults, 2 seniors and 2 teenagers. The view from our balcony was stunning both day and night. Kitchen had all necessary utensils. Shared wahser/dryer available in the building which is quite convenient. Restaurant was also very good with a lovely view of the countryside. Behind the hotel is a trail that takes you to neighbouring villages. Note the hotel is difficult to get to without a car. There is no A/C so can get hot in the summer. There is no elevator which could be difficult for those with mobility issues. Would love to come back in the winter to ski!

Die Unterkunft liegt absolut ruhig, mitten in einer Bergidylle (900 m ü. d. M.). Mehrere Privatparkplätze vorhanden. Wir hatten eine Übernachtung im Doppel-Zimmer mit Balkon. Die Einrichtung war sehr schön und modern mit super bequemen Betten. Großer Flachbild-TV, sogar mit Netflix, prime video und Mediatheken. Badezimmer klein, aber fein (mit FB-Heizung). Alles sehr sauber. Das Frühstück geht bis 9 Uhr mit vielen kulinarischen Köstlichkeiten. Alles in allem ein empfehlenswertes und freundliches Aparthotel in Zams.

Was für ein wunderbares Haus. Ein schön und stilvoll eingerichtetes Zimmer. Tolles Essen, ein liebevoll hergerichtetes Frühstück. Was aber vor allem beeindruckt, ist die Liebenswürdigkeit der Gastgeberinnen. Persönliche Gespräche, als Kunde fühlt man sich individuell betreut und wahrgenommen.
