Personal, Verpflegung (HP), Wellnessbereich, Zimmerausstattung - alles ok, jedoch könnten die Matrazen härter sein und die Zimmer zur Straße hin sind wegen des gegenüberliegenden "Katapult Clubs" und seiner Geräuschemissionen auch bei geschlossenem Fenster nicht zu empfehlen.

Das Hotel befindet sich in einer sehr guten Lage und ist circa 200 m vom Lift entfernt. Es ist sicherlich etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Als absolut störend Empfand ich den Rauchgeruch, der sich im kompletten Haus verteilt. Dieser wird verursacht durch die Besitzer des Hotels, die im ersten OG wohnen und offensichtlich starke Raucher sind. Bei Gut 180 € pro Nacht würde ich erwarten, dass man ein Mindestmaß an Service und Essensqualität erwarten kann. Die Rezeption wirkt überfordert der Service während des Abendessens findet so gut wie nicht statt. Vor allem aber stören mich unfreundliche Kellner, die die Gäste zurechtweisen oder hinter der Theke kauernd, mit ihrem Handy spielen. Das Ganze wurde nur dadurch getoppt, dass der Hund der Besitzerin vor unseren Esstisch beim Abendessen gekackt hat. Alles im allen gute Lage, bescheidene Einrichtung, mangelhafter Service und dementsprechend weit überteuert für das, was das Hotel wirklich zu bieten hat.

Heel mooi en fijn hotel midden in centrum van Solden. Verbleven op basis van halfpension. Goed ontbijt en diner in de avond ook uitstekend. Keuze uit meerdere gerechten bij diner. Vriendelijk personeel. Wel iets te horen van apres ski in de avond, maar niet hinderlijk. Ook lekker om na skieen even de sauna in te gaan, zag er ook verzorgd uit.
