Good location - it is close to the center and the Rosenhütte cable car. Easy pick up and drop off of keys. Parking outside the building is free in summer and the garage costs 6 EURO/day.

Well maintained, centrally located facility, everything within walking distance. Seefeld and neighboring communities offer very well maintained winter hiking trails, but a top destination.

The furniture is unappealing and old. Apartment very clean. bathroom ok You have to look past the facility. W-Lan catastrophic for someone who also wants to work in between.
