Advent from the past. Without cheap souvenirs, noise, crowd. Pure nature. Beautiful mountain road with tematic cabbins, fireplaces to warm up, free tea. Don't miss a ride in a horse carriage. If you have opportunity to come don't miss it, it's pozitive different of any other advent market.

Beautiful accomodation with beautiful staff. Andreja welcomed us with a great smile, Elmedina answered all of our questions, Marinela, Ivan, Mateo and Uros were always in the best mood, talking with us, Adina made us heart shapped blankets, and because of all of them we felt like home.

Very great location! We stayed for three nights, as a family of 5 and it was great. Very spacious room, great view and perfect slopes for skiing. The wellness was also lovely. Very family friendly overall, staff was helpful, I would definetly recommend.

We booked 2 Deluxe rooms through Booking Com. The price does not correspond to the l room indicated. In the room without a balcony, there is no fridge or minibar, there is no kettle and no hygiene items in the bathroom. The hairdryer and the socket in the bathroom work for about 2 minutes and then turn off. There is a smell of garbage in the hallway. The fitness center has not been cleaned for a long time. The food was absolutely average. The wellness center is quite nice, but in the evening it is only open until 8 pm and dinner is also served until 8 pm. Next time we will definitely choose a different hotel.

Attention: misleading prices We were in this hotel for a week in Feburary. Upon departure we were given a correct invoice, which we paid. One day later, the hotel informed us that we would have to pay for another night (i.e., we would not be included in the offer we had been promised). Immediately, without informing us, another night was simply charged to the credit card. This hotel scores only by consumers adverse behavior. Never again.

Wir waren für 3 Nächte zum Entspannungs- und Wellnessurlaub im "Das Katsschberg". Bereits beim Check-In wurden wir mit einem Glas Prosecco empfangen, unser Zimmer war bei unseren früheren Ankunft bereits bezugsfertig. Der Service und die Flexibilität des Personals war hervorragend. Wir hatten ein Problem mit unserer freistehenden Badewanne in unserer Suite - nachdem wir dies beanstandet hatten, wurden wir nach Prüfung durch die Rezeption geupgradet. Der Wellnesssbereich ist sehr schön gestaltet, die beiden Sauen sowie der Whirlpool sind besonders schön. Der große Poolbereich war leider nicht ganz so gut nutzbar wie sonst, da die Entlüftungsanlage ausgefallen war und somit die hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit nicht entweichen konnte. Allerdings griff auch bei diesem Problem der Service, man durfte den Wellnessbereich des Partnerhotels ggü. für die gesamte Aufenthaltsdauer mitnutzen. Das Abendessen war abwechlungsreich und sehr gut - lediglich eine Alternative bei Vor- und Nachspeise wäre eventuell an dem ein oder anderen Tag gut gewesen. Alles in allem war ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub mit einem super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis in atemberaubender Kulisse. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Wir hatten eine schöne Suite die schön eingerichtet war. Ein grosses sehr bequemes Bett. Bad und Toilette getrennt. Sehr schade war es das der Kamin nicht funktioniert hat bei uns, lag wohl ein Leitungsschaden vor. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut.

Wir verbrachten unseren Sommerurlaub hier. Aufgrund der durchwachsenen Bewertungen waren wir gespannt was uns erwartet... kurzum, wir waren begeistert. Das Zimmer war modern eingerichtet und alle gut in Schuss. Sowohl Frühstück als auch Abendessen haben uns begeistert. Das Essen hat eine sehr gut Qualität und wird dem Preisniveau gerecht. Sonderwünsche wie warme Sojamilch zum Frühstück wurden gern und schnell erfüllt. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: Das Abendmenü wiederholt sich nach einer Woche. Aber so kann man, wenn man nicht zu vegan isst, auch mal die anderen beiden Hauptgerichte probieren. Der Wellnessbereich ist super zum Entspannen nach langen Wanderung und zum relaxen. Wer nicht auf eigene Faust die Gegend erkunden will, findet mit den geführten Wandertouren ein super Alternative. Die Wanderführerin geht super auf das individuelle Niveau und die Wünsche der Gäste ein. Nicht verpassen sollte man die Sonnenaufgangswanderung - das Aufstehen kurz vor 3 Uhr lohnt sich auf jeden Fall! Summa summarum... Wir waren sehr zufrieden und haben uns gut erholt!! Wir kommen gern mal wieder.
