Sehr schönes Hotel mit familiärer Atmosphäre in ruhiger ländlicher Umgebung. Sauberkeit, Frühstück und Service waren ausgezeichnet. Sehr empfehlenswert, gern wieder.

The hotel is conveniently located to several ski resorts. Staff were very nice and helpful - even though we spoke no German it was easy to communicate with them. Large continental breakfast with a variety of food - inc. gluten free accommodation! Definitely try out the restaurant downstairs too which has plenty of authentic Austrian food for affordable pricing :) And the sauna is modern and perfect after a day of skiing! 10/10 would recommend this independent, family-style hotel :)

Die Anlage ist ungepflegt, der „Badesee“ zugewachsen und Baden verboten. Im Inneren viele Wände, die neuen Anstrich benötigen. Der Boden im Restaurant abgenutzt, das Mobiliar alt. Zimmer: abgewohnt, Wände mit Strichen, TV sehr klein, vom Bett aus nicht zu betrachten, 4 Birnen defekt. Obwohl DZ, nur 1 Stuhl. Lichtschalter plus Steckdose für rechte Bettseite in der Mitte des Bettes hinter den Kissen versteckt. Das Bett war gemütlich. Bad war eine Nasszelle, wie auf einem Schiff, die Lüftung des Bades sehr laut, die des Nachbarzimmers auch. Wasser nur lauwarm. Der Balkon ist nicht abgeteilt, jederzeit kann also ein Nachbar ins Zimmer kucken. Das Frühstück ist ok, die einzige Mitarbeiterin mühte sich nach Kräften, es zu bewerkstelligen. Vielleicht 50 € pro Nacht wert. In keinem Fall 135 € Einmal und nie wieder.

Der Preis für die Zimmer sind nicht angemessen. Die Zimmer wirken alt und verbraucht. Rauchmelder fehlte im Zimmer (Halterung war vorhanden). Beschädigte Fliesen in der Dusche, abgelegene Matratzen. Das Personal am Empfang und im Restaurant hatte Schwierigkeiten uns zu verstehen. Kaffeemaschine defekt. Das alles wäre halbwegs zu verschmerzen, wenn die Zimmer halb so teuer wären. Nach aktuellem Stand ist die Preisleistung einfach nicht angemessen.

Alte abgewohntes Zimmer und altes Bad ohne Duschabtrennung. Ganze Anlage nicht sehr gepflegt. Gartenlokal nicht gekehrt, Balkon und Zimmer hatte Spinnweben. Fotos im Internet haben mit der Realität Nix zu tun. Kleine Sorosekarte. Keine Weinkarte. Kellner (russisch?) war etwas mürrisch. Anderes Personal freundlich. Frühstück war erstaunlich gut. Für 1 Nacht ok.

Buon hotel, camera arredamento semplice ma funzionale non proprio moderno. Bagno con doccia. Terrazzo. Ottima la colazione con ampia scelta di dolce e salato. Distributore automatico di caffè cappuccino. Possibilità di cenare in hotel, noi non abbiamo cenato perché il venerdì sera c'era serata all you can eat BBQ 19€ ma non volevo mangiare carne. Musica dal vivo Personale molto gentile e disponibile

Prenotato tramite Booking circa 4 mesi prima. Arrivo 19 luglio. Noi eravamo in viaggio in Europa, dovevamo fare varie tappe prima di arrivarci. All’improvviso ci cancellano la prenotazione, senza una motivazione. Mando un messaggio dicendo che eravamo in viaggio e non sapevamo dove pernottare. Non mi rispondono né per trovare una soluzione e nemmeno semplicemente per scusarsi. Poco professionali per nulla rispettosi.

Wir waren zwar keine Hotelgäste in jenem Hotel und ich kann daraufhin nur das Restaurant bewerten...aber das mache ich gerne! Wir waren innerhalb weniger Tage zwei mal zum Abendessen dort bei Gulasch und Zander und bekamen eine wohl schmeckende ausreichend grosse Portion jeweils zu moderaten Preisen vom freundlichen bemühten Personal. Nur beim bestellten Dessert haperte es etwas, weil der Palatschinken zu lange in der Pfanne und daher hart war - und als wir wiederholt dort einkehrten, war die sehr frndl. Chefin des Hauses im Service, ich erzählte ihr davon : und sofort kam dasselbe Dessert noch einmal auf Kosten des Hauses mit einer Entschuldigung...diesmal absolut perfekt! Vorbildliches bemühen um Gäste, leider weitaus nicht in jedem Restaurant derart! Weiter so!
