We talked to Senior at the vacation messe in Herning, so after that we decided to book 6 days with Them. And we did not regret. I read about traffic noise, and it sure is close to a busy Road, but in the Night we did not hear a thing. Same for the Church Bell, not a problem. Breakfast was fine, and the place was clean. All staff very nice and welcoming. Will definetly recommend this place to others.

I am loving my stay here! I booked a package and I was welcomed with a large beer. What a way to start my mini vacations! And who would have known sweets were waiting for me in the room? My room is big and comfortable. I have a desk where I could work. The beds are also very comfortable. Everything was spotless! Dinner was delicious and abundant. The waiter was also very caring and made sure everything was perfect. The sauna area is great! It was empty when I got there, so had a lovely and relaxing time. Nice decoration, steam sauna, dry sauna, infrared sauna, solarium, jacuzzi… 👏👏👏 Having breakfast at the moment! So much to taste, everything looks fresh and delicious! The views? Superb! Surrounded by nature and tall mountains! I am delighted by the view from my room, and I enjoy it more when sitting outside my balcony ☺️ Lovely hotel. Would definitely recommend it and come back! I am in love with the decoration, the carved wood roofs. Everything is very clean, and once again: people have been great since the moment I made the reservation inquiry! The people are very friendly and caring. Though my German isn’t the best, they made everything possible to make me feel comfortable and welcomed. With regards to the location: this is great too! 4 blocks away from the train station. And 7 stops away from Salzburg. Thank you to the personnel from the hotel for their excellent work and dedication! 🙏🏻

Really nice hotel.... old but well maintained, clean and cosy. Really nice and welcoming staff. The whole area is packed with great nature experiences, so a trip to Gasthof Zum Kirchenwirt is definitely a good idea. Fantastic mattresses.

There were three of us for dinner with our dogs. We had made a reservation and said that we would bring a dog with us. First of all: if you don't want dogs there, you have to ban them. The table wasn't the most practical for a large dog and at the entrance to the lounge, they removed an armchair. The senior manager attracted embarrassing attention throughout the lounge with her passive verbal attacks on the dog. Then she deliberately tripped over the dog three times and complained. Really nasty. The food was not a highlight in terms of taste, the portion size was just OK. There were lip marks on my wine glass, I went back and got a new wine glass with lip marks, and then I got it back. After a chat, the junior manager gave us a sip each, and the regulars next to us got two rounds of schnapps on the house. If you're not welcome, you just don't come back.

Very tasty regional food. The Kasnockn were particularly great. The staff were very friendly and helpful in finding the best regional delicacies. The selection on the children's menu was also great. We would love to come back.

Hotel a few km from Salzburg, easily reachable by train in 10 minutes (stop 5 minutes away on foot). The car parks without any problem. At the reception you are welcomed by Mrs Regina, very kind and super available to give suggestions on where to go and what to see, even in the surroundings of Salzburg. The rooms are spacious, well-kept and clean. The breakfast is excellent with many typical products. Definitely recommended!!! p.s. the train to Salzburg is free with the welcome card given by the Hotel.
