Gemeinde Kaunertal Hotels with Wi-Fi

Waren mit unseren Kindern 9 und 11 Jahren hier für 12 Tage. Als wir ankamen, wurde sich gerade an der Rezeption über ein kaputtes Waschbecken und das Essen beschwert, eigentlich über alles. Zu uns sagten sie nur, ihr werdet schon sehen. Mein erster Gedanke war, oje, wo sind wir hier gelandet, aber ich bin jemand, der sich seine eigene Meinung bildet. Waren im Nebenhaus Tia Smart untergebracht. Das Zimmer war groß und geräumig, konnte abgeteilt werden, alles mit Holz, ziemlich neuwertig. Es hatte zwar nicht den typischen Tiroler Charme, aber wie gesagt, sauber und geräumig. Es wurde jeden Tag gesäubert, wenn man möchte, könnte man täglich frische Handtücher haben, aber das macht man zu Hause ja eigentlich auch nicht. Frühstück war ausreichend, ja es hätte evtl mehr Auswahl geben können, aber wir haben jeden Tag gut gefrühstückt. Das Abendessen war stets sehr gut, an 2 Tagen gab es leckeres Buffet. An den anderen Tagen konnte man zwischen 2 Gerichten auswählen, darunter ein Vegetarisches. Ausserdem gab es ein Salatbuffet und Suppe. Einziges Manko, die Portionen waren etwas klein für Erwachsene, die sich tagsüber viel in den Bergen bewegen, man konnte jedoch Nachschlag haben. Die Kindermenüs waren nur kleinere Portionen. Ausser einmal, da gab es chicken wings mit Pommes für die Kids, jedoch waren diese zu scharf. Da würde ich mir teilweise was Anderes für Kids wünschen, wie zB Spaghetti Bolognese oder Ähnliches. Mittags kann man ans Suppenbuffet und Nachmittags gibt es Kaffee und Kuchen. Waren aber meistens eh unterwegs. Satt sind wir trotzdem alle geworden. Bei den Getränken wäre es schön, wenn es außer Wasser auch andere zuckerfreie Getränke geben würde. Das Personal war immer freundlich, kleines Schwätzchen hier und da. Es gab Unternehmungen vom Hotel aus wie Fackelwanderungen, Kinderbetreuung, die wir nicht genutzt haben, unsere Kinder haben täglich abends den Spieleraum genutzt und mit anderen Kindern gespielt. Sauna und Wellnessbereich war auch sehr gut. Alles in Allem, Preis- Leistung wirklich In Ordnung. Die Meckerer dürfen halt nicht 5 Sterne bei 3 erwarten, außerdem ist diese Gegend so wunderschön, deswegen ist man doch eigentlich dort. Ich kann das Hotel auf jeden Fall für Familien weiterempfehlen

Unfortunately, he was already. What is negative to report is: - the beds are too soft, drifting out - heating was centrally controlled so it was quite cold in the morning for small children - all-including is a joke. You can get drinks in the main house and do not remove them from the restaurant - the quality of the food is not good. Whether red or white there was in a popping plant..... absolutely levelless. - the staff is semi-friendly, which certainly lies in the lack of language skills, otherwise coordinated to work on the overexposure. - the playroom was not heated either. - The waste was stolen in the outdoor waste tones. - the reception is not 24 hours occupied - the rooms are very bright In general, you must conclude that it is a slightly better youth hostel. But not more. The hotel name does not deserve it with the performance provided. Whoever is better staying in the region does not want to get a hotel, apartment or a guest house in Serfus-Fiss-Ladis with children. But to Tia Monte Smart...... once enough to adventure. It is not just a price that should be attracted.
