A big hotel with a huge variety of activities offered. There are many different room categories and we went for a suite on two floors with the cozy bedroom upstairs. Tve room was all new and very comfortable. Some parts of the hotel are rather dated but nonetheless cozy and clean. The hotel also boasts different restaurants. Food is overall very good, dinner on the half board option however was varying in taste. However, it must be said at this point that it is a different way of cooking for so many guests (and a half board cost structure). There is also a steak house and gourmet restaurant available for the true foodies - and quality there was excellent. They also have a great wine cellar and an impressive whisky cellar, to which we were invited and could taste several whiskies before ordering a glass. Service generally very polite while unpretentious. There was one rather negative experience with one of the receptionists at the spa, who was quite unfriendly. Otherwise service was great, especially Hans who greeted us by name from the first day onwards whenever we met him in the hotel. For such a big hotel, this really makes a difference!

We both found this Hotel to be excellent. The staff were all very helpful, even to the extent of providing a specially translated English version of the dinner Menu. The food, was excellent and the restaurants were large enough to allow all the guests space around their table. The Wellness area had plenty of room, even though the Hotel was fully booked. Definitely a place we will visit again and hope that the rain keeps away.

Nice mountain hotel with many different design styles. Spacious room and a big bathroom. Unfortunately it was only lukewarm water in the shower, so no use of the big bathtub. The bed was too hard for my liking and the quilt small and thin. Welcoming staff and tasty food. Nice bar.

We had our stay during the german winter holidays, so the hotel was quite lively. We didn't notice it much though, as we spent most of the day in the excellent wellness and spa area. Only once did it take a bit longer to get through the dinner courses, but other than that the service was always up to a high standard. The selection of local wines was always corresponding to the meals and absolutely fine. This wasn't our first stay and will definitely not be our last. Of course you can find "better" hotels, but hardly in that price category.

The first time I visited this hotel was in February 1982 and I knew after a few days that I would be there for the rest of my life. Last February I celebrated fourty years of being there and more than 150 times. Should I talk now about beautifull rooms, fine meals, a great wellness and lovely waiters? NO. I love everything of this residence as you can love a partner. Amazing, with all the parts of your body and soul.

Everything was fine. We had a grat time there. Very nice and gently Staff. Very clean. The best was the food. If you want something special, you are very right there. When we went to the Wellness Area, i felt like a little child, because it looks like a kind of fairytale.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Die Wellnesslandschaft einfach wundervoll. Das Ganze Hotel sehr ansprechend gestaltet. Alles sehr sauber. Etwas für alle Sinne. Die verschiedenen Lokale bieten für jeden Geschmack etwas. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Ein wunderschönes Hotel mit langer Tradition. Sicherlich hat der Zahn der Zeit hier und da seine Spuren hinterlassen, aber seit meinem letzten Aufenthalt 2018 wurden schon einige Bereiche renoviert. Das Personal, einschließlich der Familie Huber, war wieder sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt.
