Top serive and food! Very nice and beautifull place! What I don’t understand is that they built the parking in front of the hotel / terras. Its such a pity! It takes away the whole view on the mountains. .

Das Hotel hat seine fünf Sterne mehr als verdient. Alle Mitarbeiter sind ausgesprochen freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Der Hoteldirektor ist ständig präsent. Er begrüßt und verabschiedet die Gäste persönlich und erkundigt sich während des Aufenthaltes nach dem Wohlbefinden. Ankommen und Wohlfühlen - ein zweites Zuhause nun schon über mehrere Jahre. Vielen Dank für das tägliche Engagement an das gesamte Team! Wir kommen immer wieder gern zu Ihnen!

Très bel hôtel dont la situation est magnifique et donc la vue superbe. Nous avions une suite junior spacieuse et confortable mais avons été très gênés par les bruits internes de l’hôtel : ventilation de la salle de bain extrêmement bruyante (si vous devez vous lever la nuit, votre conjoint est réveillé), chambre située au dessus de la terrasse du bar, donc bruit toute l’après midi et musique le soir, et surtout bruit des pas provenant de la chambre au dessus ce qui n’est pas normal, la chambre coûtait quand 600€/nuit. Les repas sont très bons et le buffet du petit déjeuner très bien fourni. Néanmoins l’ambiance reste assez froide, le personnel (surtout masculin) ne sourit jamais et n’est pas sympathique, les jeunes serveuses sont plus aimables. Le barman était carrément narquois, limite insolent. Globalement le personnel est assez bas de gamme et pas du tout à la hauteur d’un cinq étoiles. D’ailleurs le personnel se promène en jean et basket … On sent qu’il s’agit d’un hôtel appartenant à un investisseur, où vous n’êtes qu’un numéro de chambre ou de table. Pour prendre rendez-vous au spa, le masseur nous a renvoyé à la réception disant qu’il n’avait pas le temps de fixer les rendez-vous. Après avoir pris rendez-vous, l’esthéticienne était en arrêt maladie. La piscine à débordement est très belle mais pour les transats extérieurs, vous devez chercher vos coussins vous même car personne ne les prépare. Bref de nombreux désagréments. D’ailleurs personne ne vous demande si vous êtes contents ou satisfaits. Aucun membre de la direction ne vous salue ou rencontre les clients. Conclusion : de beaux équipements mais l’humain ne suit pas.

Es gibt in Österreich und auch in Süddeutschland unzählige Wellnesshotels der gehobenen und Luxuskategorie. Viele davon durften wir schon besuchen und so haben wir doch etliche Vergleichsmöglichkeiten: Ein Jedes punktet mal mehr oder minder mit den üblichen Kriterien wie Lage, Service, Wellnessbereich, Essen und auch der Preis im Verhältnis zur Leistung. Da bleiben nicht mehr so viele übrig bei denen das sogenannte Gesamtpaket stimmt. Unser Fazit: Uns hat das Hotel Bergblick in allen Bereichen überzeugt. Hier stimmte bei unserem Aufenthalt wirklich alles. Und noch mehr: Von den wenigen Häusern die wir hierzu zählen, gibt es noch einige weniger, die noch eins draufsetzen' nämlich, dass dem Hause eine Seele innewohnt, die dem Gast allgegenwärtig vermittelt, dass er wirklich und wahrhaftig herzlich willkommen ist, niemals stört, gar lästig ist oder einen schlechten Tisch zugewiesen bekommt oder ein Zimmer in unglücklicher Lage. Diese Einstellung, diese Philosophie spürt man während des Aufenthaltes an den vielen Kleinigkeiten und diese wurden von uns durchaus wahrgenommen. Das Bergblick hat mit seinen stets freundlichen und kompetenten Mitarbeitern in allen Bereichen zu jeder Zeit geschafft, dass wir uns rundum wohl und willkommen gefühlt haben und unsere Erwartungen teils übertroffen. Von Anfang (Buchung) bis Ende (Verabschiedung) ein entspannter und gelungener Aufenthalt, der in jedem Fall wiederholt wird, sobald es uns möglich ist.

Wir waren das 2-mal im Hotel Bergblick und können wieder einen außergewöhnlichen Aufenthalt beschreiben. Was das Kulinarische betrifft, ist mit dem neuen Michelan Sterne Koch Daniel noch ein 'Tick' dazugekommen. Unser Zimmer "Enzian" (rustikal mit einem touch modern) mit direkten Blick auf die Berge war geräumig und sehr gemütlich. Was wir besonders schätzen ist das reichhaltige und vielseitige Frühstücksbuffet ! Insbesondere einen speziellen Dank an 'Irmgard', die uns jeden Morgen mit einen Lächeln unsere Kaffewünsche im voraus erfüllte und an 'Angelika' im Service ! Hervorzuheben ist der besonders gelungene Wellnessbreich, der für jede Seele baumeln lassen ein absoluter Traum ist. Wir können das Hotel Bergblick in jeder Hinsicht sehr empfehlen. ... und wir planen bereits unseren 3en Aufenthalt im Wohlfühlhotel 'Bergblick'. Lilo u. Helmut

Ich bin mit einer Freundin aus Buja gereist, und wir waren beide schockiert. So eine unfreundliche Atmosphäre haben wir selten erlebt. Kein Lächeln, kein „Willkommen“ – nur Hektik und genervte Blicke. Das Hotel ist alt, düster und wirkt wie ein vergessenes Museum. Wir sind schnell wieder in den Bus.

Einfach nur schön! Trotz schlechtem Wetter war der Aufenthalt extrem erholsam. Der Wellnessbereich macht es möglich; insbesondere die kurzfristig mögliche und sofort gebuchte Massage hob die Stimmung sehr. Der Pool ermöglicht das Träumen... Das Personal ist extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sowohl das Abendessen als auch das Frühstück waren sehr lecker. Futterkoma garantiert!
