Placed in a quiet nice valley, room was truly OK and clean, staff was very nice and the food was delicious - we found ourselves eating a bit too much:-). Wifi was little weak for video conf. call, but you did not go there to do a business. I recommend it for a family stay.

We ´ve visited for the second time and again , we had a wonderful holliday. The hotel is cosy, neat and has an incredible genius loci for all who seek serenity and calm alpine nature. The chef delivers excellent cuisine, the breakfast is just perfect and the staff are so friendly you have an illusion you are visiting your favourite relatives. The wellness area is not large but sufficient , with a view of a waterfall, a magnificent mountain scenery and...silence. Other guests are adding their share to the atmosphere , since it seems to be a place to be for quiet, sportive but intellectual people with kind manners .

I cannot say enough about how fabulous our experience was. It was our first time planning a ski trip and the staff were very helpful in letting me know what I needed and how to book. As well when we arrived The family run hotel was very hospitable, helpful, and friendly. We elected to have the food included and we were not disappointed, it was always delicious and it was very exciting to have a different home cooked meal every night. The hotel was exceptionally clean and tidy, especially the spa area was always well maintained. The convenience of location was excellent, however there was a bus up to the mountain base in case we were running late. Upon leaving they were very considerate and arranged the taxi to the airport for us and had packed us a little breakfast basket to go for the morning as we would have missed out due to our early flight. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone planning on travelling to Austria and we will be returning in the future!
