Rooms are very outdated, much is broken, including door handles, cupboard door handles, no or broken curtains, broken shower door, not really clean (cobwebs), dust on dishes and furniture, leaking taps, broken outdoor table, a very annoying downstairs neighbor who lives there permanently. Maximum parking of 4 cars on the owner's property, the yellow house just in front of the apartments. About 30 meters walk from the parking lot to the front door of the apartments. You are not allowed to park your car in front of the door to load and unload, then the nagging starts, you are not allowed to beat out bed linen, then the nagging starts, you are not allowed to put garbage at the front door, then the nagging starts, despite the fact that you have agreed this with the contact person. The downstairs neighbor immediately starts yelling at you like crazy. You cannot have a normal conversation with him. The apartments would be suitable for 14 people, but then you will be in the same room with for example a single bed next to a double bed or sofa bed. One apartment too much crockery, the other too little. But there are also some plus points. Within walking distance of the ski lift approx. 250 meters, beautiful view. The restaurant Brixnerwirt you can eat well and quickly also with a large group (14 people) friendly staff. The restaurant is also within walking distance approx. 350 meters. Dogs are allowed in the apartments and the restaurant.
