We spent a week here - spacious, wooden huts with our own private sauna. A quiet but spacious ski resort, quiet at night. Not a lot of choice for eating out - either bring your own stuff to cook or plan to drive down to Altaussee a few times. Highly recommended, the more people you come with the better the value for money

The lodges are very cosy and comfortable. Lovely lake for swimming nearby. Great starting point for trips. Stuff pleasant and willing to help. E-bike rental on site. Possibility to order basic food on site. The lodge is clean and our included sauna.

Excellent and quiet location. The lodge was very confortable, clean included sauna, breakfast service from a list on the other hand there was not many choice to eat at evening because the restaurants were closed due to Covid. The reception staff was helpful.

Great location with convenient access to the ski lifts. We've also been there in the summer. There are also plenty of options for excursions and hikes. And the gondola runs in the summer, too. I recommend this place to everyone. There are plenty of options at this time of year.

Great facility: the cabins are modern and well-equipped; you won't miss anything here – very cozy. A wonderful skiing and hiking area. A bread roll service allows for a convenient breakfast. Plenty of space for the whole family.

Very nice hut village, right on the slopes, dogs allowed! Five of us and our three children (10, 10, & 14) spent a week skiing here! The kitchen facilities could be a bit better (few dishes) - there were five of us in one hut, and everything (space, dishes) was very cramped. The hut was in a perfect location; we had direct access to the lift and straight back to the hut! The staff were very helpful; when we broke a teapot, we called and got a new one within 10 minutes! There's also a small takeaway restaurant right next to the hut village; nothing special, but if you don't feel like cooking, it's definitely enough! Great breakfast service, which is handled by reception! You can place an order for the next day until 4 p.m., and breakfast will be hung on your door the next day (by 8 a.m.)! The surroundings are quiet and very beautiful, definitely suitable for families, as well as couples/singles! We'll definitely be back!

We spent a week at the AlpenParks Hagan Lodge and were very satisfied. The lodges are built into the hillside, and you have a fantastic view from the terrace. You can drive up to your lodge for loading and unloading, but otherwise, the entire area is car-free, which was great for the kids. Our lodge was well-equipped; we lacked nothing, and the two large bathrooms were more than sufficient for four people. In the evening, you could relax in the sauna after a strenuous hike. The fantastic location is particularly noteworthy; various lakes, hikes, the Alpine Garden in Bad Aussee, the Salt Mines in Hallstatt, and much more are easily accessible by car. We would love to come back.

Friendly staff. Good value for money. Clean lounge right on the slopes. Perfect! Unfortunately, there's no freely accessible restaurant on site. Well-maintained slopes, numerous leisure and wellness options in the immediate vicinity.
