Room: Great, Huge, Bathtub & full complete estatics. Balcony Golf & Sunset View
Service: Attentive & Helpful housekeeping staff.
Except too rigid on late check out timing when tjere s no occupancy on a weekdays.
Ammenities: Pool, Kids area, Large Lobby, Bars
Bad side:
1) No minimart shop, gotta travel all e way to Forest City marina.
2) Not much shops accept golf related & 2 restaurant(non-halal)
3) Spa within hotel avail but not to room service & Thai staff hardly understand english.
Food: Great delicious Breakfast buffet spread. International with great view.

The location is in the middle of industrial area, which is so many foreign industrial workers from Bangladesh, Pakistan & Nepal loitering around the hotel. This is because their hostels are around the hotel. I felt like 'mini Dhaka' being there. It was also difficult to find mini market/ eateries around there. Need to go by car to get to shops/ eateries/ laundry.
Front desk staffs were friendly. F&b staffs during breakfast were unfriendly, especially one guy which I think he is a Bangladeshi (yg jaga front counter at the coffee house & at the same time dia kemas meja juga).

+ super value for money. We stay only one night upon arriving at Johor as its only to rest and sleep. We reached late, so thought it would be cheaper to book here. This is just a tip for those who are travelling with tight budget
+ got breakfast spot nearby. Mamak stall which open 24hr, so its convenient
+ 15min away from Legoland
- shower abit hard to switch from the pipe mode to shower moe
- iron has burnt mark which need to be careful. I would suggest hotel to change to steam iron
- outside parking area has bad smell, but small matter as you ll be there for few minutes only. Maybe they should move the garbage bin abit far away

Is a 4pax apartment unfortunately only provided 3 toothbrush sets didn't bother to ask for more as is quite inconvenient as the ”so call” reception is quite far and is not 24hour hence the inconvenience of early check out is a trouble. They provided a disposable towel which is quite useless shampoos and body shower all is limited. 1 of the room aircon blows hot air.
Not really recommend this place unless you wanted to go to the beach where by opposite is the Jurong island so it means that this place is kind of FOREST as described travel to gelang patah approximately 30min with non jam.

Staff were really nice and helpful! Thank you to the lady at the reception for helping us on the extension and a smooth stay!
Hotel room is clean, pillow cover bedsheet is change daily and no smell. Toilet looks newly renovated.
If you wanna go for stayca, do give this hotel a chance. Its a hidden gem.

PPapa LimMy family and I recently enjoyed a pleasant 3-day, 2-night stay in a family suite at Amansari Hotel Nusajaya, and overall, it was a very positive experience.
What truly stood out was the **exceptional staff**. Every single team member we interacted with was incredibly polite and genuinely helpful. We had a few requests, including extra pillows and blankets, and to our delight, these were delivered to our room within a remarkable five minutes! This level of efficiency and responsiveness was consistent throughout our stay. We also encountered an issue with an air conditioning leakage in our initial room, but the staff handled it flawlessly. Instead of making us wait for repairs, they immediately offered and facilitated a room change, which we greatly appreciated.
While our stay was largely positive, there were a couple of minor points to note. The room's sound insulation could be improved, as we could occasionally hear conversations from the corridor. Additionally, upon checking into our room, we did find some trails of ants on the dining table. We managed to get rid of them after cleaning the area twice, but it was a bit unexpected.
Despite these small issues, the outstanding service and the comfort of the family suite made our trip enjoyable. Amansari Hotel Nusajaya is a solid choice for families looking for a convenient and service-oriented stay in Johor Bahru.

DDlineThe tower is a few years old but the room is already neglected as if it was 20. The washing machine did not work, the balcony is full of cigarette butts and packs.
At this price and in such a place they should at least clean it well. The only plus is the location and good views from the pool. In a few years when this place becomes popular and inhabited it will completely lose its charm.

LLioeThe location, amenities and apartment size and view was great. However, we did not get a daily cleaning as advertised and the first two days was a nightmare due to construction noise on the 43rd fl, apt was located on the 42nd, all day and all night until 10:30pm was a loud jack hammering noise, we told the owner he said that they have notified the police, he offered to move us to another apt on the 41st Fl but the noise was just as loud. It goes to show that the construction noise can be heard two floors down, finally on the 3rd the house was reduced to a toleraterated amount.
