"The villa is very spacious and clean, suitable for our family of five. Guests can use the services and facilities provided at the hotel. The check-in and check-out process was very easy. It is convenient for those with their own car, as the nearby shops are about 10-15 minutes away. For those without a vehicle, there is a free bus service to Forest City. There is also a delicious Thai restaurant in Forest City. Overall, it is a great place to relax and enjoy a holiday atmosphere."

"We chose apartments with a pool or beach. I had to urgently look for and book these apartments, as the previous ones were canceled 3 days before arrival. The location is as secluded as possible, as it is located on an artificial island directly opposite Singapore. We met very few people even though we were there on the weekend. The apartments have everything you need: kitchen, dishes, good mattresses, bed linen and towels. Check-in is contactless (they left the keys in the mailbox, sending us the code for the locker), they sent detailed instructions with WiFi passwords, door code, etc. The only problem was with the door to the bathroom - apparently it had dried out and did not close well, but I think this is a solvable issue."

From check-in to check-out, they kindly guided me, so I used it very conveniently. It was comfortable because there was a washing machine~ It would be better if you take a towel with you. The family were satisfied and used!"

"I really recommend if you want to spend time with friends. The view is very beautiful. Fast reply is also when asking questions. The price is okay for 8 people ✨ It's just that the toilet can't be locked. Then the mirror is not tinted. So if you open the curtains, you can see the outside inside 😆 Maybe you can use the tinted outside, you can't see it inside hehe 💖 just the aura is awake 💖"

GGuest UserThe room offered a nice view of a golf course. However, we found small ants in the bathroom. Service was good; although the front desk staff didn't speak Chinese, she was able to understand simple English. The extra bed was delivered quickly. Breakfast was decent. The pool was large and not crowded. There are restaurants right outside the hotel, and while there's a shuttle bus available, having your own car is still the most convenient option.

GGuest UserWe took the package. I was satisfied with lunch/dinner choice. Your lunch set was really delicious. For dinner, need some improvement. But for breakfast, amazing. The hotel does not have a pool for kids. Both pools are for bigger kids. Pool not toddler friendly. The room is really spacious, the bed is really big for a family of 4. The room amenities are perfect ! Love the separate bath tub and shower ! Im so glad that I chose to stay at this hotel. Though it’s quite far to go to Legoland. Worth the ringgit cause I got a good deal.

Is a 4pax apartment unfortunately only provided 3 toothbrush sets didn't bother to ask for more as is quite inconvenient as the ”so call” reception is quite far and is not 24hour hence the inconvenience of early check out is a trouble. They provided a disposable towel which is quite useless shampoos and body shower all is limited. 1 of the room aircon blows hot air.
Not really recommend this place unless you wanted to go to the beach where by opposite is the Jurong island so it means that this place is kind of FOREST as described travel to gelang patah approximately 30min with non jam.

AAnonymous UserBooked a last minute stay at Natura Hotel in Gelang Patah for work. It’s a budget-friendly option, a bit far from the city, but surprisingly clean! especially the toilet and shower area (this is the highlights), which looked almost new!
There was a small hiccup with the room door (battery issue), but the staff responded quickly and solved it right away.
Nice bonus: Needs Coffee café is just a 1-min walk across the road, and there’s a supermarket beside the hotel (though it was closed during the weekend while we were there). Great value for a short stay!

+ super value for money. We stay only one night upon arriving at Johor as its only to rest and sleep. We reached late, so thought it would be cheaper to book here. This is just a tip for those who are travelling with tight budget
+ got breakfast spot nearby. Mamak stall which open 24hr, so its convenient
+ 15min away from Legoland
- shower abit hard to switch from the pipe mode to shower moe
- iron has burnt mark which need to be careful. I would suggest hotel to change to steam iron
- outside parking area has bad smell, but small matter as you ll be there for few minutes only. Maybe they should move the garbage bin abit far away

DDAVE_LWPHotel location is not fantastic but you can grab around. Bukit indah is just 15mins away.
Staff were really nice and helpful! Thank you to the lady at the reception for helping us on the extension and a smooth stay!
Hotel room is clean, pillow cover bedsheet is change daily and no smell. Toilet looks newly renovated.
If you wanna go for stayca, do give this hotel a chance. Its a hidden gem.

GGuest UserI think bcoz the hotel has been there long and the bed (especially) has been used by many guests…, its abt time they have it changed. My body ache after a nite stay. I can feel the spring when i laid down. The carpet was dirty and had turned black. The tv channel has nothing that interest me to sit relax and enjoy. No movie!

LLioeThe location, amenities and apartment size and view was great. However, we did not get a daily cleaning as advertised and the first two days was a nightmare due to construction noise on the 43rd fl, apt was located on the 42nd, all day and all night until 10:30pm was a loud jack hammering noise, we told the owner he said that they have notified the police, he offered to move us to another apt on the 41st Fl but the noise was just as loud. It goes to show that the construction noise can be heard two floors down, finally on the 3rd the house was reduced to a toleraterated amount.
