"We chose apartments with a pool or beach. I had to urgently look for and book these apartments, as the previous ones were canceled 3 days before arrival. The location is as secluded as possible, as it is located on an artificial island directly opposite Singapore. We met very few people even though we were there on the weekend. The apartments have everything you need: kitchen, dishes, good mattresses, bed linen and towels. Check-in is contactless (they left the keys in the mailbox, sending us the code for the locker), they sent detailed instructions with WiFi passwords, door code, etc. The only problem was with the door to the bathroom - apparently it had dried out and did not close well, but I think this is a solvable issue."

"Peaceful environment stormy soul. The house has a washing machine so you can bring your own soap to wash your clothes. The towels that are provided are the disposable type which is not the best, it does not absorb water very much. TV is all in Chinese. The water heater is also in Chinese. Cleanliness is clean, only found 1 can of beer that was not thrown away in the couch drawer, everything else is ok. If you want to walk close to the beach (2km drive, there is a big park with a playground. Only limited restaurants. We ate near the broken bracelet area in 20 minutes. Overall will repeat!"

LLioeThe location, amenities and apartment size and view was great. However, we did not get a daily cleaning as advertised and the first two days was a nightmare due to construction noise on the 43rd fl, apt was located on the 42nd, all day and all night until 10:30pm was a loud jack hammering noise, we told the owner he said that they have notified the police, he offered to move us to another apt on the 41st Fl but the noise was just as loud. It goes to show that the construction noise can be heard two floors down, finally on the 3rd the house was reduced to a toleraterated amount.

CCrispyongLocated on the far west of Johor. It's not accessible unless you are driving. It's a pretty zen place with a scenic view of the coast. Amenities wise, there isn't much except for the water park which was quite run down. The swimming pool looks like it hasn't been cleaned and serviced for a long time and you can see the murky waters. Food wise was alright. Nothing fantastic. But if u want a quiet place to just zone out and rest, this would be an ideal place.

Big thanks to the hotel, especially Mina, for the simple birthday decoration for my wife at no extra charge. really appreciate it!
The view is superb, with lush greenery overlooking the golf course. There’s a gym and a karaoke room (with additional charges). The only downside is that it’s quite far from the city, but I personally love it because it’s peaceful. The nighttime ambiance is calm, and the early morning view is the best!

YYouyou_Liang24 hours receptionist very good service even I check in midnight they still hold room for me. I book for single room very unique , vwry suitable for those travel alone for travel for work alone. Toothbrush provided , I forgot to bring mine. Recommend to bring own towel cause their white towel looks dirty.
Nearby many restaurant , Malay shop , burger stall even Self service Dobi and also 99 speedmart just next shop.

LLuqmanSabriit is one of a great and clean hotel that i’ve been for a shop or building hotel lot. it is not that expensive and the best part is their breakfast services. small yet a lot of foods served and exceptional waiters that working in fast pace. i suggest the hotel could train a little bit more of that.

I booked a room with breakfast. Room was relax view and good. Bed consider ok.
Just one thing, the lift it’s long, as breakfast time it’s only function one lift. End up checking out the lift it’s spoil.
Over experience still good with the price and look ok.

+ super value for money. We stay only one night upon arriving at Johor as its only to rest and sleep. We reached late, so thought it would be cheaper to book here. This is just a tip for those who are travelling with tight budget
+ got breakfast spot nearby. Mamak stall which open 24hr, so its convenient
+ 15min away from Legoland
- shower abit hard to switch from the pipe mode to shower moe
- iron has burnt mark which need to be careful. I would suggest hotel to change to steam iron
- outside parking area has bad smell, but small matter as you ll be there for few minutes only. Maybe they should move the garbage bin abit far away

JJia LingWent to this hotel for stay during my business trip. Hotel room is spacious and no lack of amenities l. However I notice the pillow is not very clean as there are stains.. location wise is not very ideal for those frequent traveller to jb for leisure at city square area, as it’s located nearer to Tuas checkpoint which is the other end of city square / woodland checkpoint. The only attraction that I can think of that is nearer would be Legoland. Hence for people who want to go on a budget trip to Legoland and can in this hotel instead of Legoland hotel.

*Unit 4105 was generally well maintained and clean.
*Was concerned that the unit may have cigarette smoke smell since smoking is allowed, but am thankful we didn’t find any malodour issues with it. *In terms of housekeeping, response from the team was quick - when I requested for additional floor mats and when I mistakenly enquired about provision of bath towels.
*We could get pretty nice views from the unit and the location is convenient to walk to the financial hub, food eateries/restaurants, KK Mart, beach, etc2. Opportunities for improvement:
*Had to follow-up and ask for check in info, which was sent just before 2.00pm on day of check in.
*Check in was delayed until about 4.30pm; was made to wait, follow up and chase, with reason given that property was fully booked the day before and there were too many units to clean!
*Check out time was revised from 12.00pm to 11.00am, but notification was sent through whatsapp at 9.20am on check out day, which I was not aware of until about 11.09am when I check my messages. (Note: But pic agreed when I said we will check out at 12pm since we check in late and they informed us late about the change of timing.)
