Simple clean hotel for a short stay . Free parking available with a security guard that regular petrols . Housekeeping abit tardy as there were missing towel one day , missing bath floor mat another day . Hair dryer also couldn’t turn off , only through the main power .

This is our 2nd time staying this hotel. Hotel is worth the price we paid. The location is good for those who drive and wanted to stay near to Tuas Checkpoint. Parking is free within the basement of the hotel. Breakfast spread is alright, we loved the croissant, baked fresh every time. Every level there is a water dispenser, so save us the hassle of buying mineral water. Overall a good stay.

Thank you for the early check in. Overall stay was great! Only thing is, location is abit off. Would be nice to have the hotel near some 24hour mart. Breakfast spread was decent! Shower preassure was awesome! Love the rain shower!

Very clean and new-looking hotel. Furnishings is appealing. Staff are friendly. Location wise a bit out of JB, but with a car, it's just a 20mins drive.

Location is abit ulu. There's basement parking available and security guard on patrol. Room is new and clean. Kids love the bunk bed. When checking out, receptionist said that payment wasn't receievd and insisted that I made payment on the spot. The payment was prepaid online during booking. Although emails and Trip.com app showed that payment has been made, receptionist still insisted that I had to produce bank transaction to prove that payment has been made. Internet-called Trip.com helpline and the CSO acted promptly to help me resolve the issue.

Lost count how many times i re-booking this hotel for a night stop before going back to KL. To Cafe staff for breakfast please re-checking your list of guest before denied someone to enter the cafe Booking room with breakfast. Masa check in pon dah confirmed. But the next day. I can't enter cafe and just ask me to go. And check by myself at the lobby. Annoying staff

Nice hotel and good breakfast。 there is no egg station but the management offered to serve from their kitchen. Thumbs up

I would strongly advise this place for Legoland visitors . It is a traffic free 9 min drive to Legoland . The stay was mighty pleasant as the staff ranging from the guard , front desk to the steward at the diner were competent , pleasant and congenial with little humans 😍 It was easy to go trick or treating for Halloween as the room was equipped with a mini bar and ample free parking was available in the basement . Pro tip : Bring own Laundry/ garbage bags

Overall satisfied with my stay. The key point to stay here is the staff service. Reception, kitchen and other staff was very friendly and professional. I believed the manager trained their staff very well to put service as first priority. Thank you. The only concern is the location, where you need to go out to find food or convenience store. There is few nearby but nothing much varieties. Legoland is 15 minutes away.

Many times stayed with this hotel when I’m in JB. Hotel location is far away from JB city but hotel is very nice and clean. Reasonable pricing and new hotel. Will come again with next visit to JB.

Suitable for short staycation the surrounding a bit scary at night but luckily the hotel is comfortable.

Hotel provided with all basic needs. Cleanliness was good but the location is not the best. Good for business travellers to get enough rest after busy days
