酒店環境差不説，188商務樓空調沒有，還沒入住交按金，15平方左右，提前打掃衞生不説，東西在酒店弄丟瞎胡弄，還要扣除超時費，態度超級差！

對於背包客，或是中老年夫婦同行，這個賓館價錢實恵，位置好。在老城區，去市中心是步行距離，想去旅遊新區，搭出租車也是几塊錢。出門就是本地親民小餐館，烤玉米攤，擔豆腐買的小販，1塊5一個的包子，貼地煙火生活。房間特大，通風好，洗的衣服掛在房間會干，有大窗，明亮；很安靜，清晨會聽到雞啼，這是免費的morning call.但要記得，它是只收數十元一晚的賓館，用性價比考慮，就覺得是一家值得選擇的地方。
若房間的地板抹得更干淨一些，公共區域的清潔，比如公共樓梯的清潔做干淨一些，我就給滿分了。但考慮到價錢，也就差不多了。

這就是家毫無誠信，唯利是圖，想宰一個是一個的無良商家經營的LJ店，我是一個人長途自駕遊，箇舊是我在雲南省的第六站州級縣市，之前從未遇到過這樣的人和事，去這家店之前就電話聯繫詢問過是否提供停車位？店方説提供，也不告知是要另外收費的…我是一個人就想在住上省點，就住一搬的賓館，衹要乾淨點就行。我手機平台訂的，是晚上快十點辦理的手續。。因為長途開車比較累就想早點休息，白天開車安全第一！可這家店硬件設施那就不堪入目，衞生不值一提，連個紙巾都無法形容，電視遙控都沒有，網絡更是連結上卻用不了。訂房頁面顯示瓶裝水免費，早上退房要收我錢～我去，想做黑店啊？誰喝不起一瓶水，就是對這種無良**的黑心商家強烈抵制，監管部門要取締這類經營者資格，不僅影響當地營商環境，更是給當地抹黑，拖後腿！早上退房出發卻被但在門口要繳15元停車費……我去，從未遇到過住哪家賓館，除了房費，停車費還要另算。搶錢啊……簡直就是**之極，還説跟賓館是分開的🤮🤮🤮顧客辦理入住的時候怎麼不提醒停車另外收費？看看有多少人會住……不給錢還敢攔着不讓走，我是趕時間出發，付15元給店方。撥打了11零電話，11零説要轉123四五，然後我把事情經過如實訴諸。等待相關監管部門處理結果，説是在45個工作日內……等着後續，我會持續跟進。希望不要有其他更多消費者踩坑！對所有不合理，無良商家説不，堅決抵制這類黑心商家，社會不和諧因素的製造者…
