In Bad sind die Ecken und auch das Silicon nicht sooo sauber. Das ist aber das Einzige. Ansonsten ein tolles Hotel und guter, netter Service.

Die Möbel, speziell die Polstermöbel, sind schon sehr abgewohnt (blätternde Oberfläche, verschmutzt, Im Bad deutliche Kalkablagerung an der Dusche). Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vermisst haben wir Jemanden, der Dinge wie "Aufmerksamkeit gegenüber dem Gast" und Mängelbeseitigung im Auge hat. Falls es ein Hotelmanagement gibt, macht es einen sehr schlechten Job.

Perfect hotel, prima prijs/kwaliteit, mooie locatie met historische achtergrond, rustig, ruime kamer goede bedden, jammer dat er begin augustus geen restaurant mogelijkheid voor diner aanwezig was.

Das Hotel liegt in dem dreiländereck Hessen, Bayern, Thüringen. Das Hotel ist ein altes Schloss und Wunderbar. Ich bin Blaumann Träger und musste beruflich dort übernachten. Leider war der Service zu mir nicht so toll wie für die Gäste im Anzug.

Die Empfangsdamen an der Rezeption waren sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und nett eingerichtet. Das Badezimmer war ebenfalls sehr geräumig und sauber. Leider wohnten in den Zimmern sehr viele Spinnen und Mücken als Untermieter. Das Frühstück war leider nicht auf die Gästeanzahl abgestimmt. Wer zu spät kam, bekam keinen Sitzplatz und musste warten bis ein Tisch frei wurde. Desweiteren wurde uns keine Möglichkeit eröffnet mit der ganzen Familie an einem Tisch zu sitzen. Das Frühstücksbuffet bot deutlich zu wenig Essen. Ständig waren verschiedene Zutaten wie zum Beispiel das Rührei leer. Grundsätzlich gab es außerhalb des Frühstücks keine Möglichkeit sich gemeinsam hinzusetzen, um beispielsweise einen Kaffee zu trinken oder abends vor dem Schlafengehen ein Kaltgetränk zu genießen.
