Spa Resort Geinberg

The lift is being renewed, so construction noise in parts of the hotel all day long. No indication of this either on the internet or on site. When asked, only the note that the noise was only heard from 9:30 a.m. anyway. Minibar fridge unfortunately not cool/defective. You should notice that everything is warm, and not just when the guest is looking for something cool to drink in the evening. Partially no fresh juices at breakfast, even though advertised on the internet and on the menu. When asked, there was only the answer "there isn't" the offer that you can have dinner in the thermal baths is unfortunately not as described. There are no appetizers (as described by the hotel), and the cocktail voucher described is only a 50% voucher. In the evening there are no more fresh towels in the thermal baths, and there is no one to ask for them. Some days there was no notice of what was offered for dinner in the evening. We reported everything to the front desk in a very friendly manner. It was recorded, but in the end no one was interested or apologized. In summary, basically everything was OK, staff is friendly. food is ok Thermic also fits. But it's just not more than OK. With the prices, the little things should also fit, or if something doesn't work out, then you have to be interested in it or at least apologize, buy a free drink or whatever. At least that's what we know from the houses that are more than OK, but are priced in the same class.

In April we spontaneously stayed for 1 night at the Therme Geinberg with an overnight stay. We had a pleasant stay. The check-in went smoothly, could use the thermal baths immediately. 4 p.m. is a bit late for moving into the room, but it didn't bother us now. Dinner was very good. The hotel bar was nice too. Had live music. The room was big, clean. I slept very well too. The thermal bath itself is really big too. The saunas very different. It is very well maintained and has a lot of pools. I would say it's not really for kids, but definitely as a couple or with friends. We mainly used the Oriental World. I have to make a small point of criticism: it is offered in the cafe in the Oriental World that you can order food from the aquarium. Unfortunately, it takes more than an hour to get your food. If that doesn't work, you have to stop it, otherwise the guests will really only be disappointed. Better offer good snacks. Everyone has more of it and the employees are not so stressed. For a short break in between, I can definitely recommend the Therme Geinberg. Tip: if you want to eat in the aquarium (it is possible to eat there as a hotel guest for a fee) you should reserve well in advance. It was fully booked for us (both for dinner and then for lunch on the day of departure).

super wellness stay, breakfast awesome, treatments super - fine all-round experience. Had a junior suite and there was enough space in the thermal baths. The hammam area is very welcoming and relaxing.

Die Therme ist wirklich wunderschön, es gibt sehr viele Massagedüsen udgl. Selbst wenn viele Gäste da sind, verläuft sich die Anzahl der Personen in den Becken, sodass man sich nie eingeengt fühlt wie in so manchen Thermen. Die Karibik Bar direkt beim Whirlpool ist wirklich gut strukturiert und so hat man schnell seinen leckeren Cocktail. Die Zimmer des Hotels sind in Ordnung, das Interieur könnte moderner sein. Das Badezimmer ist schön mit einer grossen ebenerdigen Dusche. Schön wäre es - wie schon oft üblich- wenn in der Dusche, neben Duschgel auch ein eigenes Shampoo und vor allem ein Conditioner vorhanden wäre. Leider wurde in unserem Zimmer die Toilette nicht einwandfrei gereinigt, sodass es einen sehr unangenehmen Geruch in diesem Raum gab. Trotz Bekanntgabe an der Rezeption, wurde die Toilette erst am nächsten Tag im Zuge des täglichen Room Service ordentlich geputzt. Das Essen an sich hat hervorragend geschmeckt. Doch leider war die 2. Vorspeise beim Buffet während unserer 3 Nächte nie ausreichend vorhanden. Meist war diese schon vor 19:00 Uhr aufgegessen. Das Personal ist zwar äußerst freundlich und herzlich, doch fehlt leider die Struktur. So wartet man meist sehr lange (30+ Minuten nach Bekanntgabe, dass man die Hauptspeise möchte) bis man die Hauptspeise serviert bekommt und die fertigen Teller werden auch erst sehr spät, gar nicht oder erst auf Nachfrage abserviert. An der Rezeption sind derzeit einige neue Mitarbeiter; dies zeigt sich darin, dass Nachfragen zB Serviceleistungen nicht ohne vorherige Nachfrage beantwortet werden können. Es war ein schöner entspannender Aufenthalt mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Insgesamt gibt es vor allem am Service noch Stellschrauben welche besser eingestellt werden sollten.

Habe in der Therme Geinberg einen Relax Tages Urlaub Deluxe gebucht. Hochpreisiger Tagesurlaub. Hätte ihn wegen dringlichen Angelegenheiten um 1 Tag verschieben wollen. Nicht stornieren nur um 1 Tag verschieben. Waren nicht entgegenkommend und ich musste den gesamten Preis bezahlen und konnte nicht fahren. Nur weil ich nicht in der vorgegebenen Zeit storniert habe. Es handelte sich um eine halbe Stunde die ich zu spät drann war. Sehr ärgerlich. War schon oft Gast in Geinberg und darum habe ich es noch weniger verstanden.

Nous avons plus qu’agreablement surprises! Nous avons l’habitude de fréquenter des spas mais nous n’avions jamais été dans un tel endroit ! Nous avons payé 40€/ personne L’endroit est immense avec 4 énormes piscines: - une lagune avec du sable et un bar qui vous sert dans la piscine - une piscine avec différents jets (fontaines, bulles,…) - une piscine intérieure avec également des jets - deux grands jacuzzis intérieurs - une piscine sportive - une piscine avec vue panoramique Une multitude de transats offrant des assises variées ( transats, balancelles, sièges,…). Les cocktails sont à plus ou moins 10€. Nous avons apprécié qu’après notre moment détente, il y a un sèche maillots dans les vestiaires. Les infrastructures sont très modernes et très propres (super important pour nous) Bref un véritable coup de cœur et nous espérons y retourner un jour !
