This was one of the most disappointing hotel stays I’ve had. The room was extremely dirty — the bathroom had a strong smell of urine that spread into the entire room, the bed sheets and floor were unclean, and there were insects present. Despite reporting the issue, hotel staff took hours to respond and did nothing to fix it promptly.
This hotel is rated 4 stars, but based on my experience, it does not deserve that rating. I would not recommend staying here, especially if you expect basic cleanliness and proper service.

Regrettably, the cleanliness of the room was substandard. The bed sheets were heavily stained, and the toilet walls showed visible insect residue, which was highly unpleasant. This significantly diminished the comfort and hygiene of the stay.

breakfast many choices, and changing. swimming pool, rest chairs. The balcony door is advised to repair. cant open and cant close. noise coming outside. anyway, will come back soon

The hotel was good and clean. The Food wasn’t something that you write to your mother about. I have no complaints. It was very close to the big new masjid, that was awesome.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast were varied, tasty and delicious.
The room we're clean into details. Room we're spacious and the bathroom has a japanese stye, which is higher than the bed room itself.
However, the location was not recognised by grab as we kept getting lost as the grab car or bike was pointed in different location on Google maps, this caused a problem as they would need to turn around to different site of the road, which was Edelweiss. I have to report them to the grab customer service.
