I stayed here for the second time this year because of my business trips. I will also prefer my new trips to this area. The suitable price, rooms are light because they are usually empty around. Because of the concept of 1+1, room is very wide. Cleaning is good. Personal is rhythmic and helpful. Breakfast is not open but I think it's enough. Internet connection sometimes causes trouble. It's not very comfortable and traffic problems with car transport to the factories around Gebze and Çayırova. I'll add a photo to my next visit.

The staff here was absolutely AMAZING. From the time I got there til checkout they always had my best interest in mind. Regardless of the language barrier they went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable. Special thanks to Gizem who took care of me every night for dinner and her manager musa. Inexpensive but comfortable room and bathroom, fridge and smart tv, there's also a balcony but incomplete furniture, we only had a table but no chairs there, and when we peeked at the balcony of the neighbors it was the reverse, only a chair but no table:-) the bedside lights weren't working either ...small things but it's lost potential, it's a pity... there's a very nice pool area but we were surprised to find out we had to pay an extra 100 liras per person for pool use, this was not communicated at all in the booking site, how weird... otherwise I easily would have given an extra star, coz all in all this hotel was good value! Also remarkably quiet here considering the location right by the railway tracks and right under the flight path of landing planes!

Stayed overnight between flights. From Sabiha airport by taxi 10-15 minutes. The metro takes longer, but you can use it if you have an Istanbul transport card. Back at the front desk they will call you a taxi to the airport (free of charge). There are a couple of cafes near the hotel, but there is no restaurant in the hotel itself. The rooms are clean and comfortable to stay.

It wasn’t planned for me to stay in Istanbul- Pendik for 45 days. Hotels are limited there. I tried few and couldn’t stay for more than a night. Miracle Hotel made me feel the coziness of a home and family. Where to start? Manager, Mr. Erdal Karakoç is unforgettable. He is everywhere anytime making sure everyone is happy and satisfied. He greets the guests everytime and would never say “I can’t help you”. There is always a solution to each problem. Also F&B manager Mr. Feret, he offered me his office for hours as I had some work to be done that needs a laptop and printer. As for the reception team, Mr. Kamal , Mr. Mostafa and every single staff working in the reception. They made my wishes come true and took the extra mile to help me with my personal tasks as I don’t speak Turkish. The only thing I wish the owners of the hotel would spend more on is renovation. The furniture needs an uplift. It doesn’t fit a 5 star hotel and the excellent service they offer. Thank you Miracle Hotel Team. I will definitely visit soon.

Comfortable place to stay for those who need quick access to Sabiha Gökçen airport which is a 5 minute drive away. Rooms are well kept & comfortable. Staff is friendly & accommodating. Couple of hundred meters away from some excellent food courts & a couple of small malls. Great choice for those in for a very long haul between flights or a short business trip to Istanbul. The Starbucks on their premises is a definite plus too.

Konaklamamızdan son derece memnun kaldık. Otelin merkezi konumu, şehri keşfetmemizi kolaylaştırdı. Odalar temiz ve konforluydu, personel ise son derece güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Kahvaltı seçenekleri oldukça zengindi ve her sabah taze ve lezzetli ürünler sunuldu. Özellikle manzaralı terasında vakit geçirmek çok keyifliydi. Her şey için teşekkür ederiz.

MmickemornWe stayed with my family of four in this well appointed and modern business hotel in Gebze. The housekeeping was spotless, including in the nice and surprisingly well appointed gym and Turkish bath/sauna facility. Front desk staff were courteous and helpful, and the breakfast buffet was decent. For a location on the south-Eastern outskirts of Istanbul and 25 minutes from SAW airport, it’s a good choice. Note that Gebze is a dry town.

Personel bilgili ve ilgiliydi. Ramada kalitesi çok söze gerek yok. Odalar temiz. Otelde bir kez yemek yeme fırsatım oldu. Çökertme Kebabı denedim. Çok iyi olacağını düşünmüyordum ama gayet lezzetliydi. Ayrıca bulunduğu konum da mükemmel!..

DDreamer22294296532The hotel is very good, clean and spacious. The rooms are very large and the bathrooms are also. The cleaning service works very well every day. The staff at the reception is very sympathetic and convenient. Breakfast offers a little limited, but it works well, it is a pity that dining room staff don't speak English, which makes it difficult to communicate and provide a better service. We have dinner a few days at the hotel, just because it's more practical and some of the offers are good, but there are other different and near options. The area around the hotel is quiet and gives a smooth walk to meet the city of Gebze. It has a lot of close trade and a shopping with a lot of fashion shops, technology, supermarket and restaurant options at good prices!

This hotel is named after a military man called Anibal. The atmosphere is calm and the staff are well organised. Some of the hotel rules are strange. You are almost ordered not to handwash but use a laundry facility. Some clothes you can buy in İstanbul are handwash only and most are no tumble dry. I have had three pairs of jeans and a blouse ruined by 'launderesses ' who didn't read the washing label. The price list quotes prices for silk garments - poor people like me can”t afford silk. The fridge didn't work, the air conditioning unit only worked sometimes, there was no ventilation in the bathroom and there was quite a large leak from under the batı. Anibal rose through the Turkish army to become a General. Generally, this hotel is OK bearing in mind what they charge. This comment was made in September 2022 but there is no knowing what will happen in the future.

I also had no problem extending the stay . The owners are very friendly .
