We stayed with my family of four in this well appointed and modern business hotel in Gebze. The housekeeping was spotless, including in the nice and surprisingly well appointed gym and Turkish bath/sauna facility. Front desk staff were courteous and helpful, and the breakfast buffet was decent. For a location on the south-Eastern outskirts of Istanbul and 25 minutes from SAW airport, it’s a good choice. Note that Gebze is a dry town.

The room was beautiful and wonderful, and it was big, and close to the airport, the staff were very nice, and I arrived at midnight, and they greeted me and showed me the room to choose one of the rooms that was very clean, the bathroom was also added, and there was no noise at night, everything was beautiful, I hope I'll come back to the hotel.

I chose this hotel from a bunch of hotels, because it is new, and the hotel is really new and amazing, and the room facilities feel like home. The sofa and bed are matching, and the surrounding restaurants and supermarkets are very convenient. The husband also cut his hair nearby.

Comfortable place to stay for those who need quick access to Sabiha Gökçen airport which is a 5 minute drive away. Rooms are well kept & comfortable. Staff is friendly & accommodating. Couple of hundred meters away from some excellent food courts & a couple of small malls. Great choice for those in for a very long haul between flights or a short business trip to Istanbul. The Starbucks on their premises is a definite plus too.

The room was ok. There are just no hangers, the sanitary conditions are pretty good, the facilities are OK, and the surrounding environment is average. The hotel front desk didn't understand English and hung up immediately, so they didn't send a car to pick me up. Airport to hotel 110 Turkish currency.

The hotel is very clean, good beds, clean linen &towels. The rooms have a balcony where you can have a coffee or tea in the mornings ( tea & coffee together with kettle are in the rooms ). Rooms are cleaned daily. The staff are excellant, and, like the hotel manager, they have a great sense of humour. They are all bilingual that makes it easy to communicate. They also try to remember each guest and thier likes. The pool area is clean, you can eat your meals there, or just sit back and have a beer ( or 4 ). The rooms have european connections for charging pc/mob/ipad/tablets and forcabled net. Extra usb connections by desk and bedsides would a plus.

The hotel is very good, clean and spacious. The rooms are very large and the bathrooms are also. The cleaning service works very well every day. The staff at the reception is very sympathetic and convenient. Breakfast offers a little limited, but it works well, it is a pity that dining room staff don't speak English, which makes it difficult to communicate and provide a better service. We have dinner a few days at the hotel, just because it's more practical and some of the offers are good, but there are other different and near options. The area around the hotel is quiet and gives a smooth walk to meet the city of Gebze. It has a lot of close trade and a shopping with a lot of fashion shops, technology, supermarket and restaurant options at good prices!

The Hyatt House is an excellent hotel, well managed, efficient with abundant amenities to make a great long stay, but also a short stay. We were there two days. It's located ideally just outside of Istanbul, but easy to access the new Istanbul international airport. The management was very friendly and welcoming. Our one week stay in Turkey was delightful, rich in culture and history, great food, easy to get around by car (highways were excellent). and very friendly people.
