Stayed here a couple of times recently and it has some really good things going for it but also some things to be aware of. Great location 10/15 mins walk from two different railway stations and within 5 mins walk of a number 9 tram stop, so many options to get from the airport to the hotel across bus , train and tram. I used a combo of number 110 bus then changed to tram The hotel itself is very modern and has two separate buildings. One has reception and restaurant / bar and the other is just rooms and a roof top sky bar which gives good views and something different if it’s a nice night Rooms are very comfortable and well appointed, great beds and potential for a good nights sleep, big tv but only two English channels which both only show rolling news. Usb and euro plug points by bed, small fridge, big bathroom with a walk in shower was very nice. I only had breakfast which was a great selection and very tasty and I’d recommend. Now the bad bits, on my most recent stay I was in the second building on 3rd floor and was kept awake till 4am by a private party in the rooftop skybar, if it was keeping me awake I wonder how bad it was for people on floors 4, 5 and 6. Going by the volume it must have been nightclub volume in the actual bar but my main issue with it is that the reception staff and manager could not have cared less about the impact on residents which was very disappointing, clearly they value the revenue from private more than the revenue from residents. So I would really recommend people check there is not a private function on in this hotel before booking. As a diamond member I’d have expected to be housed in the main building aware from this noise and to have the staff actually be bothered I sent an email in with feedback that has been totally ignored as well as a shrug of shoulders from reception staff My message to hotel is do not take residents for granted as they simply won’t return after a bad experience like this I am also still having to chase IHG reward points from over one month ago which simply isn’t acceptable. In summary great hotel and locations but staff and management related issues

Perfect location, such a great stay. The breakfast was delicious although coffee slightly on the cooler side but possibly because I had it as room service. Would definitely stay here again!
Good and bad. Nice staff. I liked the filtered water on each floor. Nice view on park side. One block to restaurant with Polish food (Swojski Smak), shopping mall, groceries, etc. 15 minutes walk to train station, old town, WW II museum, Solidarity museum (different directions). Mechanical problems in rooms--a/c not working; refrigerator not working. Design--tub/shower--plexiglass wall not long enough or tight enough so shower water splashes out of tub and under the glass, flooding the floor. Showerhead too low for anyone 5'10”+. Extra toilet paper stored below hand soap dispenser. No towel rods, only hooks. Glass between bath and bedroom lets light into room. Corner chairs seating about 12” high. Foam bed mattress seemed to have dip.

The best possible location in Gdansk. If you are lucky to have a sunny weather, you can have a city break and beach holiday (rooftop pool) for the price of one! The rooms were clean and the breakfast tasty, including chocolate fountain and sparkling wine. The view from the rooftop bar was good and their drinks selection is large.
Hotel is stunning. Amazing attention to detail with the decor. They have managed to balance a modern feel whilst keeping a lot of the original features. 10 minute walk to town. 5 minute walk to tram. We got a tram to Stogi beach which took around 10 mins, great little beach with a couple of places to eat. We took Ubers to Sopot costing around £12 each way for around 1/2 hour journey. Sopot was beautiful, with great restaurants , cafes and bars. Hotel breakfast was good, staff friendly, hotel spotless. Would highly recommend this hotel.
The room is big and well-equipped. The tv of the room has good network connected. Also, there is music outside the corridor which is quite nice. The staff are good in service.

As a Hilton Diamond I have stayed in many Hampton Inn's (as well as other Hilton's) and honestly I usually avoid them. With that said, the location of this hotel, the reviews and even the cost made it very attractive. On arrival which was MANY hours before check in. I had yet to mention my name or anything, I just asked if it was possible to check in early (even if in a few hours) and was accommodated without any issue. Ironically the person never even realized I was Diamond, never gave me snacks and all that stuff but I didn't care since I had a room MANY hours before the norm after an 8hr night train; I did receive the 'Diamond' stuff later and the person at reception apologized for not realizing it earlier or recognizing my status. Although I'd have preferred facing the front, it was a courtyard, very quiet, big room with a separate little desk area, large bed and little couch/chair. The room was very clean, the general service was great at the desk as well as in the restaurant. I am not much of a breakfast person (coffee YES!!) but the breakfast was plentiful with everything from meats, cheese, fish, hot buffet, waffles, cereal etc etc. One of the days I ate a little something and the food was fresh, hot and good. Location wise this hotel can't be beat, you are a 5 min walk to/from the waterfront, 5 min walk to the golden gate and I walked to/from the central station in 10-15 mins. Walking out the front there is a small parking lot and out the back there is a good little whisky place and a street of restaurants. 100% recommend this hotel and I will definitely be staying there again in the future.
The hotel is located right opposite to the Gdansk Main Station, so it is convenient for those who need to catch a train. The staff was nice and polite. The breakfast offers a limited variety of food and drinks. The single bed and pillow are quite small. There is also no free dental kits provided, and those who forgot to bring a toothbrush and toothpaste would have to pay for that at the hotel's store. There is a gym in the hotel but cannot be accessed with your own room card and requires customers to obtain another access card from the front desk, which is a rather abnormal arrangement. The hotel is around 10 to 15 minutes walk to the Old Town.
Great hotel, with a great location in the main town. Easy to walk to everything. Clean and spacious room and great spa facilities! Would definitely stay again

Outstanding
This hotel is right inside the Golden Gate entrance to the Gdansk old city, so the location is super convenient for walking everywhere, and it is one stop on the tram from the train station. There is a lot happening on the street, but the room was quiet when the windows were closed. The room was spacious and comfortable, and we were glad we stayed there. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would stay there again.
杨杨The room is quite large, the window is opened facing the canal, the scenery is very good, the old town is fun, the shopping on Amber Street is all around, and there are many restaurants with special decoration nearby. The location is first-rate; the night train to Gdansk was very early, and I was worried about what to do if I could not check in. I didn't expect the hotel to be arranged for check-in at 6 am (may be related to the off-season), super unexpected; the hotel also sent a Desserts are welcome, you can enjoy a delicious chocolate cake in the restaurant; the hotel's breakfast is also very rich, and the price of online booking and hotel booking is the same, so you can decide depending on the situation; but in the end, letting the hotel call a taxi is a bit problem, Google Map The display shows that the airport is 34-50 zloty. We asked the hotel to call us a taxi to the airport for 93 zloty and asked the driver why the price is so expensive. He even said that the hotel's car was a bite, regardless of the price. Cars, whether the road is open or traffic jams, whether on weekdays or weekends are a price, dizzy!
丁丁The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from the old town. The surroundings are very quiet. The rooms are also spacious. The view is very good. There is also a microwave oven and induction cooker. You can cook your own meals. The ground of the shower room is a bit slippery. Others are very good. Overall very satisfied.
MMichelleWe checked at the hotel about 9 am, but there may be no one checked in the night before, so the counter brother let us enter the room early (can not be asked, please do not unreasonable request) and sent a magnet for the appearance of the hotel at check-in. The milk sugar on the towel is super delicious.
The hotel is located next to St. Mary's Church, outside is Amber Street, there are quite a lot of accessories to choose to buy back as a gift, the price is not expensive and beautiful. 5-10 minutes walk is the square area, there are many restaurants and bars to choose from, not far from the river. Rossmann (similar to drugstore + supermarket) is available for a 3-minute walk to buy a variety of necessities.
It is a 20-minute walk from Gdask Gowny Railway Station. It takes about 10-15PLN by taxi. If you want to call Uber or Bolt from the hotel to go to other places, you must go to the periphery to set pickup point . .
The overall personal accommodation experience is very good, but the hotel may not be suitable for the elderly without elevator.
Hotel was well equipped and in excellent location. We stayed in room 401 which was v.quiet and VERY clean. All staff were friendly, welcoming and remembered you throughout the stay. We were lucky enough to get snow whilst we were there and the steps up to the hotel didn’t prove too slippery either. Would recommend to anyone looking for a cheap but nice stay in the city.
SSusanneThe hotel was centrally located, right across from St Mary’s cathedral. Room was quiet and clean, although on the small side. There was no air conditioning but the window could be opened and there was an efficient stand up oscillating fan. Front desk was open 24hrs and staff was friendly and helpful. There was no pool and we did not visit the spa, so I can’t comment on that. The hotel offered a breakfast buffet for a reasonable price but there were so many bakeries and restaurants nearby, we did not take advantage of it.
GGuest UserI stayed here for three nights and had a good time. The hotel staff at reception, bar and housekeeping have been friendly and helpful throughout my stay. My room was quite, clean and comfortable, had a good size and was exactly as pictured on the home page. Only minus points are, that in some places the room could've used some renovation, but it was nothing major, nothing was broken or damaged. The location in the old town is very good, you can reach most sights by foot or tram from the station across the street. I'd definitely stay here again.
LLeeT2592Firstly the location of this place is great, right on Dlugi Targ and mid way between the Xmas markets and the riverside areas. You’re literally in the heart of the action and the price for 3 nights was excellent. The room was clean and spacious but very very warm on arrival (a nice contrast to outside but a little too hot). We didn’t have breakfast here but did have drinks on the terrace outside. Good service and lovely location with heaters provided. TV in the room was very small and had one English speaking channel that was just news. Not a big deal but it’s nice to have access to a few English channels or even Netflix in this day and age. There’s a well stocked mini bar in the room but again we didn’t use it. The only issue we had was on check out when they tried to charge us for bedding they claim they’d had to throw away. This was completely out of the blue and neither of us could for the life of us think what this was about. When challenged the reception staff had no details of this alleged damage even after making a phone call to housekeeping staff could provide no details. They ‘waived’ the charge not that we would have paid it but it left a very sour taste about our stay and for this I couldn’t recommend it. If you do stay take some pictures of your bedding before they’re changed or you may find yourself in the same position
GGuest UserThe apartment was very nice and a lot nicer than expected for price though that positive was dampened on the day we went to check out, gave the keys to the receptionist who called over security who prevented us leaving as they accused us of smoking on the balcony which we never. They produced us with a fine of £200 for smoking on balcony and made up damages where they had no knowledge of as we had only just left the apartment. They forced us to pay up or they’d call the police. Tbh I think this was just a way to make more money from tourists as the prices were such good value. The location is amazing and very close to many great restaurants and coffee shops but real shame about the last day So Smokers Beware!!!! You will be fined for smoking on the balcony even if you have not big scam take care if planning on visiting
GGuest UserNice place to spend your night, chilled and music vibes. Kitchen with living room has an instruments, additionally TV, games, place to eat. Bathrooms could be better but for this money, it's still fine. Great location - middle of center. I recommended it :)
