Hotel near by sea with beautiful garden, nice building, refurbished rooms, great breakfast with fishes, vegetables but also a lot of cakes and intercontinental food. Great place for rest but also for business. Hotel restaurant serving good food but also great local vine. Big thank you for Karolina for wine recommendation - great choice.

We visited this lovely hotel in May 2022 for a week of long awaited family holiday with our 4 year old son. From the moment we arrived, to the moment we left after a week, we felt at home and completely looked after. This hotel has everything you could possibly need and want for a family get away. It was our first trip abroad with our 4 year old and we weren't sure what to expect but the stay reassured us that we want to do it again and again! The rooms are comfortable and perfectly adjusted for a family. Our balcony was overlooking a lovely green area that made you forget you are in a big city! There was a pool and a kids play area, along with a lovely playground outside and plenty of green space to run around - perfect for an energetic toddler! Breakfast buffet had such a selection that I'm sure we all put on weight as we couldn't stop eating! And Winestone restaurant's food was excellent too, between my family and I we tried almost every dish on the menu! I can't not mention the absolute dream proximity to the beach, which is like 5 minutes away. Same with the lovely boardwalk to Sopot. And if you want to explore the city centre, a bus and tram stop are also only 5 mins away. Ideal! And last but not least - the staff were amazing, with the hotel director personally looking after guests (you don't see that happening much these days!). Our son is still talking about the holiday and we had the most memorable family getaway ever. Thank you Mercure Posejdon!

A family hotel well located near the beach but whose rooms need to be refreshed, especially the bathrooms and carpet. Fortunately, the service and cleanliness contrast positively with the quality of the rooms. Very average restaurant.

Hotel where we regularly visited before the pandemic. Now we were there again for 7 nights. Super friendly staff, kitchen is ok, good breakfast except the hard bread. No WiFi the first 3 days, which was very annoying because I needed it for work. Nice bar with overly high prices. It felt like the holiday season, screaming children running through the hallways and dogs barking in the vicinity of our room, noise everywhere actually. Rooms need an urgent update, worn out mattresses and dirty floors. Refrigerator makes a lot of noise and needs to be unplugged to sleep. Swimming pool and Spa are public with little supervision. Also a lot of noise and the sauna is not used hygienically by some, without showering in advance and without a towel. To rest you have to be somewhere else.

in June 2022 we visited Hotel Mercure with a child. When we arrived, the room was already waiting for us :) Hotel, nice from the outside, nice park around. Very nice lobby. Quite a nice restaurant with a short menu. The room was well-equipped, but the corridors could use some renovation. Nice spa area with a gym. The hotel's strongest point is its location and breakfast. The hotel is located about a 3-minute walk from the most beautiful entrance to the sea in Jelitkowo, next to a stream, with a small bay - a paradise for children. Breakfast was very rich, my son has severe food allergies, and yet we were able to find something tasty for him every day. I recommend it wholeheartedly. It's a pity that parking is paid, but the reservation for 2023 has been made ;)
