Aura Apartments Old Town

Pros: Collecting the keys was easy, quick and pleasant - the receptionists were very accommodating. They answered our questions well and quick to transact with. The reception office is just one block away from the properties and there's a convenient store on every turn and on the ground floor of the building. We love the unit as it had the basic amenities. One thing to note is that the unit does not come with a microwave oven but they have kitchenwares which were handy in heating up leftovers. The location is also perfect as it's easily walkable to and from the Oldtown - you can walk along the riverbanks or along Chmielna - either way, they lead perfectly to the Old Town; very convenient and safe. Cons: Unlocking the unit was difficult at first. We needed to spend around 30 minutes on it - can be frustrating when you're tired and just want to rest. Not an expert on doors but we've noticed that the bathroom door was also squeaky so maybe the doors need some greasing.

Scam! The pictures have nothing to do with the real room. The room have old furniture, the beds are uncomfortable, and the room smells like cigarette. I reserved two rooms and expected to be near but one of them was in another building . Definitely don’t recommend this place

A broken dishwasher. I told them about it, but no answer. Damaged furniture and the walls was not so clean. The keys Will be picked up at their office in another building. Theo have no reciption, actually the have inte but noone is sittning there.
