Facilities: Guests frequently highlight the modern and well-equipped apartments, featuring amenities such as coffee machines, large TVs, and spacious areas suitable for cooking and relaxation. The presence of convenient shops nearby adds to the appeal.

It was a terrible experience, I don't even know where to start. The flat looks nice at first... However, you don't get any sleep: bugs in the dirty beds (paper fishers, bacon beetle larvae, ...) and the walls are very thin. There is constant noise on the street (shouting drunks, deliveries to the kiosk directly below the flat every day at 5am, ...). In one bedroom the blackout blinds were broken and were not repaired even when asked - apparently they were broken months before my stay. The kitchen is equipped with pots, but they are mouldy. In the bathroom, there are silverfish as well as some stains on the walls and under the washbasin. This is probably due to the non-functioning ventilation. The furniture is partly broken (unlike in all the pictures on the website) and there is chewing gum is stuck in the gaps between the sofa. Do yourself a favour and look for other accommodation. There are various better alternatives at very similar prices.
