Vintage hotel vibe. The beds are super uncomfortable. The location is quite close to the pyramids. Nice golf court for golf fans, and a small swimming pool. The place could benefit from a small renovation although I found the retro vibes a bit endearing at times. The staff is friendly. I personally didn't like the food at all.

I am not in the habit of reviewing a hotel in this way, but I am obliged to avoid you suffering the same thing as me 10 days ago I booked via a reservation platform, a room in this hotel which seemed pretty decent to me, but unfortunately when I arrived it was a problem. The rooms are not clean the room cleaning staff If you don't tip them, they don't make your room, Regarding the reception staff not a word in English, when I asked them I had a problem with my room, they told me to speak with a certain Rania whom I never saw at the hotel where her office was always empty. What is the point of having a person who is not there to resolve customer problems, for your safety, I do not recommend coming to this hotel because the elevator stops in the middle. The doors open. The hotel is not compliant and is not at all secure. I do not recommend this hotel!!!!

By far one of the worst hotels I've been to in my life. There is a problem with the rooms and service staff. We had to change rooms twice, the first room was dirty, a peice of the sink fell off in the middle of the night scaring us, and some furniture was missing. The second room was a nightmare, the bathroom stunk of sewer and rotten egg and the AC leaked like a waterfall. We complained about the AC the night it started leaking, then again the next morning, then again during the afternoon. In the afternoon, housekeeping came and put a bucket under the AC to fix the problem. After complaining for the 4th time, the maintenance guy came and hit the AC with a broom as it was his way of repairing it. Of course this strategy did not work and the AC started leaking again at 11PM. We called the reception and maintenance and they only showed up to our room at 11:35 PM after 4 phone calls. The maintenance guy requested the reception to change our room as fixing the AC would take a lot of time, they refused. The maintenance workers started using machinery to fix the AC as we were in the room. Finally they changed our rooms to a better one at almost 1AM because I was crying hysterically in the reception from exhaustion because I had a morning flight the next day. Oh and they left a full trash bag (that was not ours) in front of the room for an entire night. Please save yourselves the trouble a book another hotel.

Very old, dirty and smelly hotel in questionable location. Very busy traffic outside, lots of garbage, people loitering, unsafe to walk around. The hallway going to our room was full of cigarette smoke, it was disgusting! There was ash next to our bed. The shower was broken with most of the water coming from the shower spraying onto the wall. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

They have party in the hotel almost everyday. You will not sleep before 23:00 o clock. The sound is so high that seems the party is in your room. No body told me about that. Such a disrespectful with the clients. And the party is from people outside the hotel!

I was impressed and want to share. The hotel area is very beautiful, landscaped and well-groomed. The rooms are good, have everything you need, they are cleaned daily. The beach and entrance to the sea are very good, which is important. Large selection of food; there are 6 restaurants on site with different cuisines. Special thanks to the animations, the guys are charged, cool, always make you laugh, raise the “dead”, everyone can find an activity that they like. I am 1000% satisfied with the hotel, I will return here and recommend it to everyone.
