I have stayed in this place before, I did not think that I would encounter such a negative situation, I paid for two days. On the first day, we were tired from the journey. We could not sleep because of the noise like the ceiling was falling down on the room given to us throughout the night. We reported this situation to the officer. As per our plan, we were out of town. The manager called us and asked us to return our room. We wanted to change but we had to empty our belongings, we did not give permission, we said that we should not let anyone else interfere with our personal belongings, the manager said there is nothing to be done, I have to give away all the rooms. On the second day, it was not possible to sleep for a second because of the noise coming from the room upstairs, we went to another hotel at 22.00 at night, his comment. I leave it with you

This place is an absolute gem. It’s glorious in every way. Full of character, spacious rooms, wonderful staff, brilliant location and marvellous service. We loved it and could stay only here on our next visit to Gaziantep. Make sure you visit the hamam as well !

This place is pure magic. The staff are simply beautiful people. The rooms are full of character and there is plenty of room. The breakfast is amazing. The location is perfect. We loved it. Although it's old, the bathroom is good. I cannot rave about this place enough.

Spent 4 days at this lovely ottoman styled hotel. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was nice and spacious. The staff were all very friendly and helpful in all aspects especially Ali, Yakub and Cennet. The breakfast prepared by Cennet daily was also very nice and plentiful. There is a large courtyard with comfortable seating area to chill out and relax after sightseeing and shopping and the location was very close to the museums, markets and restaurants.

Beautiful old property overlooking Gaziantep Castle and near to Copper Bazaar and old market. Large courtyard with comfortable seating area to chill out and relax after sightseeing. Great breakfast with lovely savoury pastry’s and Katmer. Eggs were delicious and homemade chips on request. Great welcome from Janette who was always cheerful and happy to assist. Little English spoken as is normal in this part of Turkey but used Google translate and had no problem. Furnishings in bedrooms a little simple but adequate.

Opposite the Castle in the old town this securely locked enclave is reminiscent of the Moroccan"riads". Inside a walled courtyard are tables and sitting areas; rooms are around it and also over the street in another building. Being there is a slight problem as you need to be let in in both directions - although response to a bell is immediate from the friendly staff. Rooms are all different and our party had mixed experiences. Lots of "museum pieces" in the rooms and public areas. Breakfast is fixed for all at 0830 - and is excellent.

Friendly staff! Good breakfast! But… Don’t look for comfort, amenities you may find at other hotels. No nightstands, poorly airconditioned, very run down bathroom. Toilet seat fell off our first day. Shower tiles broken. One wall of the shower was plywood that was moldy.

Arrived early in Gaziantep, our room was prepared almost immediately so that we could rest after our long journey. Super helpful, friendly and cooperative staff. Particularly Cennet and Ali. Fresh breakfast was prepared every morning. Throughout the day you could enjoy Turkish tea and coffee nonstop. Had a wonderful time in this authentic konak. I will definitely visit again!
