Great and kind staff at convenience location. Building itself looks very well constructed and inspected 2times in the past. This information was useful and comfortable to select this hotel after huge earthquakes.
The room including shower was so clean. The bed was big and fresh for 2 persons and feel good.

Bayram tatili için bir gece konakladık.Cok yoğun bir dönem olmasına rağmen oldukça ilgiliydiler.Oda temiz ve büyüktü.Coçuklar için ek yatak koydular odaya.Çocuklar havuzu hamamı kullandılar oradakilere çok anlayışlıydi.Kahvalti fena değildi.4 yıldız verdim çünkü 5 yıldızlı daha güzel otellerde de konakladigimiz olmuştu.

After spending 7 days there in June 2023 I can tell you that it is ok for the environment. Beds are ok. AC DOES NOT WORK SOME ROOM because I change the room once and sounds from city view can be heard. I don't usually write review but at the reception there is a women called Esra that is just horrible and impolite I do not know why she works there but has the worts attitude toward people of color and it is shamefully. Even toward her coworker. THE HOTEL MUST FIRE HER BECAUSE SHE DOES NOT LIKE HER JOB AND WONT BE BACK BECAUSE OF HER. That was the dark side of the stay even checking out was just a bad time and bad energy and regret my stay there.

İşim gereği Türkiye de bir çok il ziyareti yapmaktayım G.Antep de yaklaşık 20 yıldır gittiğim bir il , bu oteli bir arkadaşımın tavsiyesi ile denedim memnun kaldım. Şehir içinde temiz , kaliteli , kahvaltısı yeterli daha ne olsun ki ? Fiyat olarak artık açıklanan fiyatlara alışmalıyız fiyatları biraz da ekonomi belirliyor ekonomide devlet politikası.

Otel gerçekten ferah ve konforlu. Kat görevlisi çok titiz ve hassas. Temizlikten çok memnun kaldık. Her gün odalar temizleniyor. Kahvaltı seçeneği fazla. Resepsiyon ilgili ve sorunu hemen çözmeye çalısıyor.

Otelde 4 gece iş için konakladık. Odalar çok temiz hergün temizlendi. Kahvaltı açık büfe çok yeterliydi. Çalışanları çok ilgili Güvenliği, resepsiyonisti, mutfak personeli, kat görevlileri hepsi çok ilgili ve mükemmel hizmet veriyorlar. Tekrar Gaziantep e gelirsek kesinlikle yine aynı oteli tercih ederim.
