Its is very bad hotel not good and the persons in reception not helep full

It was a good stay, but nothing extra ordinary.

This hotel is quite good.

Great international type hotel, not in the old city, but well situated. Staff very helpful, particularly Tariq a waiter in the did sign room who located a lost item. Great place for a first time visitor to this city.

From the minute I drove into the grounds of the hotel, valet staff 10/10. Reception staff were outstanding, I got a upgrade check in was easy 10/10. The smell of the hotel (very important) made it automatically feel and look clean it was beautifully scented 10/10. My room was overlooking the Silk Road room 1003, bathroom wardrobes bed lounge everything was a 10/10. First good night sleep I have had in Turkey since coming from Australia. Welcome plate made my day. Breakfast 10/10. Dinner was remarkable live music 10/10. Customary soup alaca was delicious. Housekeeping and checkout perfect 10/10

Very comfortable hotel in convenient part of the city immediately next to one or more hospitals. What seems to be the original structure of hotel is very pleasant and welcoming with central open alcove that goes up to top floor so rooms in this section are accessed by open corridors overlooking the central alcove going down to -3 floor the Spa, and -1 and -2 floor meeting rooms. Our room was in newer portion of structure that featured residential type suites. Spa entrance successfully designed to promote serene and relaxing atmosphere. Indoor pool area next to spa very clean and inviting, although medium sized pool. Fast and friendly service delivering extra towels, bathrobes, and separately to replenish coffee/tea packets in room. Room was maintained and cleaned extremely well. It was over 40C outdoors, and our room faced east and south, but efficient air conditioner with easy to use controls cooled room to comfortable level in minutes.

We were staying there as an NGO during the earthquake. The coordination of managers and employees during the earthquake was excellent. They managed the process smoothly and fluently. Until the evacuation from the city after the earthquake, all kinds of opportunities regarding security, accommodation and food were provided. all security measures were taken at the hotel and the building was intact. No fee was charged for all services and assistance provided. Everyone was very kind and helpful. As we have observed, they also helped people in need in the city. We will never forget the help and support you have given in a cold blood . Thank you for everything

There are other hotels around it. The surrounding area is not suitable for relaxation. The breakfast in the morning is of standard quality. The corridors have tiled floors, so the sounds of footsteps echo. The rooms and beds are comfortable. When the name is Divan, you expect something bigger. Don't expect too much.

Great stay. Ambience was good. Food was great. Great service by Kaan, he is super good at the reception and that made all my queries very easy. He was helpful to support in translation as I can only speak english, supported to get taxis and explain to them where I intended to go. So if you are new to Gaziantep its the best place.

Check in staff were excellent especially Mr. Mustafa and Mr. Emre. The hotel feels small when it’s full capacity and lacks enough staff, especially during peak breakfast hours. When it’s calm, it’s a nice quiet hotel. The rooms facing the street are a little noisy. Rooms definitely need a face lift with the carpets and furniture outdated. Beware they have smoking floors.
