We made a reservation a week in advance and sent our deposit. We were there at 11 pm. They said our reservation was not visible. When I showed the person we sent money to and the conversations, they said they would help us. After waiting a bit, they took us to a room, but of course, if you call it a room. This is the first time I have seen such a disgrace in my life. The floors were filthy. Coffee was spilled, dried and sticky. Rubber bands belonging to people who stayed before were on the floor. A terrible smell. After trusting the comments and coming for 12 hours, we were devastated with that fatigue. Of course, we couldn't stay there, we checked out immediately. Our deposit was burned. The staff member already made us a little skeptical, probably because they didn't write down the reservation when we arrived, the room wasn't clean and he tried to clean it right away. Our first night in Gaziantep was a disgrace. I can't describe the filth of that room in words. They didn't even suggest something like "There was a problem, let's suggest you another place tonight, let's stay here again the next night." We don't know the way, we don't know the trail, we looked for a hotel in the middle of the night with our suitcases in that cold. I would say be careful when making a reservation.
