Tugcan Hotel

Dear Tuğcan Employees! This is my first time coming to this beautiful Hotel. In my opinion, it is the most beautiful, very safe, well-maintained and clean hotel in Gaziantep. Although the furniture is not new, the Hotel offers a high level of comfort, the rooms are very clean and modernly furnished. The toilet and bathroom are also very clean. The standard room I booked was large enough with enough storage space and a small seating area. Noise protection is also positive when the window facing the street is closed. The staff at the reception are all very kind and you will always receive good advice and support. Even with short communication channels, acute questions are clarified quickly. Thank you so much for your support so far! Additionally, Ms. Suzan Yildiz is a very friendly and kind person who impresses with her professionalism and customer focus. The staff are all very helpful, cheerful and friendly, both in the breakfast room and in the cleaning area. The breakfast itself is quite attractive and individual, just not the usual variety. All the staff in the breakfast room provide very well motivated service. Especially Yasmin Aybüke is always super friendly.

The hotel is generally clean. The breakfast was quite successful. We stayed for two nights, we used the pool on one night, but could not use it on the other night because the pool was being cleaned. We would like to thank all the staff for their interest and concern. The place I will stay without hesitation when I go to Gaziantep.
