Positive points: - Clean, tidy and comfortable environment. - Good breakfast. - Friendly staff (especially Fevzi in the spa facility). - Free upgrade to a more luxurious room. - Great bed and pillows. - Good sauna. - About 10-15min walk to the city centre. - Hotel staff holding our bags after checkout so we could explore the city more as we had a late flight out. Negative points: - WiFi quality was inconsistent. - Hairdryer needs to be upgraded. - Pool needs to have warmer water during Winter.

Pros: - very good location, 15 min walk to city center - very kind staff, from porters to receptionists, - free parking in underground garage (valet service), - spacious and nicely decorated rooms, - excellent restaurant on top with amazing city views. Cons: - very disappointing breakfast (on a 3 star hotel level), - late opening pool (from 2 PM ??!!) and cold water in it.

I spent full three weeks in the hotel, of which one accompanied by family including a young child. The room was spacious, beautiful, clean and comfortable, hotel staff amenable and responsive, breakfast varied. Non-smoking floor/room had no trace of tobacco smell. Hotel location is excellent. AC worked impeccably. The roof terrace is wonderful and the food prepared in the hotel delicious. Hotel windows are a bit low so small children should be closely supervised. All in all - highly recommended.

Very kind, helpful and service oriented staff. Central location in Gaziantep. Free valid parking. Clean and neat rooms. Good breakfast. Very recommendable. Next time we visit Gaziantep, we will book this hotel again. We’re looking forward to our next trip.

It has been my third stay in this hotel. Fortunately, there has been no decline in its quality: Friendly and helpful staff, clean and spacious rooms, excellent breakfast and a beautiful spa-area with a very professional, attentive massage therapist. Also due to its central location in Gaziantep I highly recommend Tugcan Hotel.

Fresh, clean and nice hotel with perfect location for our trip. We are very happy with our stay at the Tugcan hotel and will return in the future when we return. We would like to give an extra mention of two people who work at the hotel: Abdulkadir who were very helpful to us and provided fantastic service. He helped us with luggage, taxi rides, always had good answers to our questions and gave valuable tips. A very kind man. Yakout who drives a taxi for the hotel and took us around in a safe and secure way. He also provided very good service, answered all our questions and was very accommodating.

Dear Tuğcan Employees! This is my first time coming to this beautiful Hotel. In my opinion, it is the most beautiful, very safe, well-maintained and clean hotel in Gaziantep. Although the furniture is not new, the Hotel offers a high level of comfort, the rooms are very clean and modernly furnished. The toilet and bathroom are also very clean. The standard room I booked was large enough with enough storage space and a small seating area. Noise protection is also positive when the window facing the street is closed. The staff at the reception are all very kind and you will always receive good advice and support. Even with short communication channels, acute questions are clarified quickly. Thank you so much for your support so far! Additionally, Ms. Suzan Yildiz is a very friendly and kind person who impresses with her professionalism and customer focus. The staff are all very helpful, cheerful and friendly, both in the breakfast room and in the cleaning area. The breakfast itself is quite attractive and individual, just not the usual variety. All the staff in the breakfast room provide very well motivated service. Especially Yasmin Aybüke is always super friendly.
