Worst HIE I have stayed in! The good: place was clean and easy to get to. Apples and coffee mostly available throughout the day.. The bad: breakfast offerings were lousy, biscuits were rock hard and gravy was like glue. Most cereals were empty, only a few sugar laden offerings. Eggs and pork sausages did not look appetizing. ZERO yogurt in cooler, NO eggs and NO milk. NO napkins. Television did not work, floors in room were very uneven. All in all NOT UP TO HIE STANDARDS THAT WE HAVE FOUND ELSEWHERE.

You expect a Holiday Inn to be a cut above your run of the mill places to stay, especially when they command an upgraded price. Unfortunately this one does not live up to the reputation. Its obvious that management at this location is not qualified to be running a hotel. Here are some things that immediately presented themselves when checking in: toilet seat is loose (moves around when you sit on it, TV does not work, air conditioner makes excessive noise, and there is a deep depression on the floor under the carpet (almost feels like the carpet has been placed over a hole in the floor, have never seen anything like it), shower has cracking all along the wall that needs caulking (easy fix if they cared about maintenance). Also wonder why there is not a mini fridge in the room, almost every place we have stayed in the past several years have all had a fridge, even cheap places. Not a pleasant experience, WOULD NOT RETURN.

Josh b was amazing very helpful full with breakfast. He also kept the food fresh while helping out all of kids. He kept everything clean. The hotel was filled with 2 hockey teams it was fully booked. I am very happy with his customer service. I give Josh b 5 star.

Really I’d rate this 4.5 if that was a possibility. The lobby and rooms are always very clean and comfortable and it’s at a nice location. The desk people are always very nice. This morning the waffle machine was out of order, but they still put out all the syrup. 😀. Both toasters were also out of order. Since when is a toaster “out of order?” If it’s broken get a new one (across the street at Walmart .1 miles away) pitch the broken one. It’s not like a repair guy will come and fix them. Someone needs to pay attention to the breakfast area but other than those very small things, this is an excellent place to stay. To be fair I should have taken photos of the very clean rooms as well. I was really thinking that the side by side out of order toasters were funny so I did take a photo of that.

Very friendly staff let you feel right at home , especially Stephanie was a delightful person, very attentive and helpful, The big bonus at this hotel is they have rooms that can hold more than four people which is a big plus when you’re travelling with a big company, It is close to the highway to the main street, so there are a lot of options of food. It’s very easy to get in and get out, All in all, I would definitely recommend sleeping in this hotel .

Comfortable, clean room. Bed was also very comfortable. Check in and out was quick and easy. Breakfast was fresh and very good - especially liked the pancakes with different syrup selections. Biscuits and gravy were also pretty good. Would highly recommend.

Asked for a 7:30 AM wake up call but never got it. The alarm clock ( room 108 ) didn't work as an alarm clock or a clock for that matter, did make a great night light though. The lamp next to the bed was missing it's light bulb and trying to charge anything on the outlets under the TV didn't work, no power. Very clean and minimalist in the room, beds were a bit too soft for my taste. Didn't get to try their breakfast bar because of the no wake up call. Get a room away from the highway, it'll be quieter.

First time here and what a great hotel. Staff is amazing and room and hotel CLEAN! Breakfast was amazing and love the staff as they are very friendly and cared about my stay. Cant wait to come back again soon!
