Wonderful trip, this hotel is in an industrial park. I dare not go out except for a chartered car, but it is very close to the exhibition hall. The first day we checked in showed that the hotel had successfully deducted the charge. When we arrived at the front desk, we said that we didn't receive this and paid again. We decided on a twin room, and it turned out that we upgraded the king bed. What do you think, a large bed, which is not particularly large, and then asked to change to an ordinary double bed. They didn't understand until we left at noon, always saying that the first pen was not received. We stayed for three days. During this period, we also contacted Ctrip. Ctrip always said that it was in contact. There was no progress. Let us pay the money. If we deduct Ctrip, we will solve it. ? Then I started to say that you have to have this and that, Ctrip's service in this area is too garbage, far worse than where to go. Finally at noon we said that we were about to miss the plane, and the hotel finally called the bank to confirm that the money had been received. Before, we always contacted the bank. We called ICBC and looked for customer service. Their hotel said that they would let us go to ICBC. A phone call, three days later, toss us! Then Ctrip customer service does nothing, it is really terrible! If we do n’t receive the money, either we pay an extra $ 800 or $ 900, or we miss the plane! No one is responsible!

It was a pleasant experience being there. We were served by Mr. Ajay Parihar. Mr. Ajay was very hospitable and served us very cheerfully. The Rosemary Grilled Chicken was the best chicken I have ever had-the aroma of spices, perfectly cooked chicken but still succulent. Highly recommended!

Had very good expectations from Ascent Biz but had a very poor experience! Did not see any covid related precautions like no sanitizers, no masks, no temperature checks etc! Room amenities were poor - after getting fresh jetspray did not work, while bathing soap was empty! On complaining, they say you could have called! Seriously, call in those situations and wait? Front staff was not professional as well! parking is not available, they park you car on the road. Only good part was breakfast and location of this hotel.

We went here in group for our meals. The ambience is really very nice and chic. Staff needs more professional training. One steward was attending us and we could sense the restaurant manager and others were just talking, laughing & mocking us in restaurant itself. Food was good and we ignored and continued with our meal. When we asked for bill then the manager who was standing so far with his mob came suddenly to take our review through some online link but it didn't opened. If i remember correctly his name was Ramesh who never attended us even once and just kept spoiling the restaurant atmosphere and just came at end hoping for us to leave a good review for him. They just focus on collecting reviews inspite of focusing on service and decorum of the place. We simply paid & left. Management should employ more professional people to support the quality of their place and ambience.
