Good Queensland pub serving great size meals. Two of us had the beef burger which was a fine grain mince with lots of flavour and size. Another had the fish chips salad that was delicious and also a good size. Xxxx pints for $6 made this lunch well priced. Loses a star because of service had to wait for good five minutes to be seated with no one in front of us and slow bar service. Overall worth dropping in if in the area.

The Gatton Motel is located right in the centre of town, next door to a major supermarket, bottle shop and within a short walk of pubs, restaurants and take away food outlets. It was great to be able to park the car and walk at the end of a day’s travel. Our room was very well appointed with thought given to a traveller’s every need. Our hosts were friendly and helpful. Gatton is a great regional town, full of places of interest and the Gatton Motel is an ideal base from which to explore the town and the wider Lockyer Valley region.
