Coelho Beach Hotel

I give the food a 10, but the rest is a 4. The food is excellent, the atmosphere is clean and well-kept, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the food is delicious. It feels like a world away from the rest of the hotel. Apart from arrival and departure, there's never anyone in the lobby/bar/reception area during our stay. If you needed anything, there was a number to call. The front door was locked for 2 out of 4 days, so you had to enter from the back. The rooms weren't clean. When we arrived, they gave us our room cleaned 2 minutes early, and there was hair in the shower and on the bathroom floor. My pillowcase was already dirty. There was quite a bit of dust on the headboard. They came to clean the rooms, but for 4 days they never vacuumed or washed the floors (we were there during the cleaning). They only left towels, and on the first day they remade the beds. The door lock was broken, even though it would still close, but I was afraid it would get stuck in my hand. The air conditioning splitter was at knee height, and every time you walked past, the filter door fell off because it was broken.

I stayed with my family at this hotel in Gatteo with breakfast included. The room was poorly cleaned, dusty, the bathroom dated, the window in the room had noisy electric shutters, the breakfast was poor and of poor quality. The only positive note was the friendly staff.

Esperienza pessima appena arrivato reception assente check in obbligo alle ore 15:00 ci è stata assegnata una camera al dir poco imbarazzante bagno sprovvisto di bidet e con scarico a parete rotto e montato male tapparelle elettrica che non riusciva a rimanere alzata muri con muffa e varie crepe. mobili a cui mancavano pomelli e affaccio balcone con vista effetto discarica visto che c erano vecchi indumenti e resti di cose cadute nel passato dai piani superiori.servizio ristorazione ancora peggio! molto disorganizzato poco personale assenza dei principi fondamentali dell igiene senza uso dei guanti per servire buffer senza proteggere il capo con cuffie per capelli.passiamo al cibo anche quello pessimo sia di qualità porzioni e varietà. Per non parlare della famosa colazione rinforzata... non c'era né una fetta di limone né un po' di miele né un yogurt né frutta né fette biscottate integrali solo un tipo di cereali solo un gusto di marmellata ma non in mini porzioni confezionate ma servite a richiesta con un cucchiaino messo nel piatto lo stesso per la cioccolata.Qui richiamo il discorso dell igiene ( tutto ciò non coperto quindi spesso ci svolazzavano e ci si appoggiavano mosche) Quindi mi sento di sconsigliare assolutamente questo (pseudo hotel 3 stelle) a tutti!!!!

Pessimo in tutto, l unica cosa che si salva è il prezzo ma tutto il resto negativo a partire dal parcheggio chiedono 15 euro quando in booking dicono che è gratis ho una carrozzina con motore ed hanno avuto il coraggio di chiedermi il pagamento. Non mi è mai capitato di dover pagare per un aperitivo,il pranzo scadente

Non siamo d'accordo con le recensioni negative che abbiamo letto. Noi ci siamo trovati bene sia dal punto di vista della cortesia che della cucina. Alcune cose sono migliorabili, tipo la doccia troppo piccola con la chiusura con tenda che allagava un pò e il balcone perennemente allagato a causa delle perdite del condizionatore. Posizione buona e zona tranquilla non rumorosa. Rapporto qualità / prezzo buono.

Nonstante alcune recensioni sfavorevoli, ci siamo trovati benissimo, stanza piccola ma accogliente, materassi buoni, aria condizionata non troppo rumorosa e sorpresa: cibo ottimo, molta scelta tra primi, secondi e contorni. Ci torneremo sicuramente. Inoltre ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Spiaggia a 250 metri con due sdraio e ombrellone. È stato una piacevole sorpresa ...
