Our room had messages written on the bathroom mirror that could be seen when it steamed up. There was dried puke in the corner of the bathroom and down the side of the tub. I went to front desk asked them to clean my bathroom again while i was out and about to return and it was tided up but both was still there!

The location was great within walking distance to a lot of attractions. We didn’t have to worry about paying for parking. Had an elevator or get up to the rooms. Breakfast was a grab and go would been better if more of a selection. Room was clean would have liked to have microwave in room. Air worked and heat, water in shower was hot. Hotel could use some updating.

The room was small but sufficient, the AC worked well and the water was very hot. The linens were clean. A decent, basic room. I personally didn't eat the breakfast but it looked pretty weak. Great location for a convention. Overall, if you are looking for the bare-bones room, this is it.

Small room. Clean and comfortable. Good basic option. Good price. Great location. Its not the ritz and don't bother with the breakfast. Plenty of good breakfast places nearby. Free parking in downtown Gatlinburg!

Breakfast was bare minimum and they didn’t restock. They didn’t even take the chairs off the tables so you could sit.
Bed was comfortable. Walls were very thin. Could hear our neighbor snoring all night. Staff was not friendly. Told them about kids riding carts & running up & down the hallways all night, they did nothing. Parking was difficult with small spots & in a pickup truck.

This was an affordable and nice place to stay quiet and easy access to other locations within walking distance of the motel, i recommended this motel and we will stay here again.

The room itself was not bad, small but not bad. The heater didn't work. The bathroom was filthy. Black mold in the corners excessive black mold behind the shower hot and cold handles. Tub drain plug didn't work & was rusted out. Sink was cracked. Floor of bathroom was filthy in every corner and ceramic tile grout was black with stain & dirt. Bathroom door handle didn't work either. Hot water dispenser in breakfast area dispensed rusty water. Continental breakfast was very limited. Don't stay here pay the extra money and pick another place stay.

Toilet seat was about to come off, called to get it fixed, never did, we ended up staying another night after cheer comp but got hotel right down the road for same price n king size
