Good location, free parking, the first choice for self-driving tour, breakfast is very western, the room is clean, the sound is very good, the reception is also good, not far from the city, the surrounding is slightly deserted.

A quirky little hotel that is directly on the main drag in Gatineau. The room was a good size, though the tiny bathroom left a lot to be desired; it was old, dated, and so small that the sink was in the main room. The bed, however, was very comfortable and the desk/tv setup was great. Lots of convenient receptacles for plugging in phones and the like. The fridge in the cupboard made that cupboard very hot and I'd imagine those fridges won't last long as burnout must be a thing... Weird, convoluted directions for getting to the hot tub from our room; make sure to leave a trail of breadcrumbs or you may be lost forever. Front desk staff were professional and completely bilingual, which was very much appreciated.

Nice friendly and simple hotel, no frills but great value. Has a nice indoor pool, breakfast is ok, rooms are small a little but comfortable. Location is just a little off but still close to both downtown's of Ottawa and Hull .

we needed a one night stay in our travels and I choose this hotel for the price and reviews and it did not disappoint. The outside does not look very inviting however our room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. The breakfast is standard for the price. Overall great value for a one night stay.

J'y suis allée par affaires. La chambre est très confortable et propre. Le service, même si la chambre est réservée d'avance, un peu long à l'accueil. Il y manque un restaurant où on peut déjeuner, diner et souper avec autre chose qu'un buffet. Pas qu'il n'était pas bon, mais après deux jours de buffets, j'aurais bien mangé autre chose. Comme l'hotel est placé dans un milieu de buildings du gouvernement en général et qu'il y avait une tempête de neige, les restos semblaient loin...

Very clean. Quiet. And immaculate rooms. Pleasantly surprised for a budget friendly hotel. Really impressed with our stay, and hope to return in the future. Minimal services Available at the hotel, under construction restaurant. Assuming it’s new and waiting to be completed. The hotel offered a cheerful grab and go breakfast which was adequate.

The service is very good, the room is very large, the hygiene is very clean, the kitchen utensils are very complete, the living room sofa can sleep, the night is very quiet, it is a very good choice.

This review is a far too late, but I did promise to wite one so here goes. We stayed as a family of 2 adults and 2 kids, and during the COVID19 summer of August 2020. Sometime Quality Inn hotels can be shady, but this one was TERRIFIC. I am being very honest, we have stayed at MANY Quality Inn hotels across the U.S and have had to turn away, but this one in Gatineau was: Very clean, absolutely friendy check in staff (Daniel Sarazin), outdoor poolfacility that was well kept and large, and amazing location (close to Costco and Ottawa). Now for the reason I am taking the time to write a review: the genuine great customer service from staff member Daniel Sarazin. He worked the front desk when we check in, and was friendly and efficient. He also proved to be tremendously helpful through our stay with answers to questions and special requests. I hope he is still there for your stay! People like this need to be highly valued to the Hotel owners, as exactly how they treat customers will prompt us to write positive reviews, and become return guests.
