Premier Inn Newcastle (Team Valley)

Stayed here many times with work. Excellent location, super friendly staff and amazingly clean. Great value for money. Restaurant inside and bar which is a little expensive for what it is but there is a pub and carvery across the road (2mins walk). Parking is free and there is always loads of it. The hotel itself is on a bit of a retail park which can get busy at times but I’ve never struggled to park and I’ve stayed here at least 40 nights since April. I don’t write reviews to be fair. But credit where it is due.

The room is nice and spacious, very relaxing, and very clean. The bed is king-size with amazing mattress and pillows. The shower is amazing. Great internet, coffee machine with pods, and a small fridge which is very helpful and useful. Parking is spot on. Very near too Team Valley shopping or Metro centre shopping. Perfect in every way.

Breakfast time with Ricky is the best :) Lovely fresh made breakfast this morning as buffet wasn't on, order taken by Ricky all delivered to table correctly. Food was lovely warm and tasty We all enjoyed our breakfast together. See you next time hopefully Ricky is on when we next visit .

The water was tepid and took 5 minutes to get to warm. I could not shave. Dirty underwear from previous customer under the seat. The extractor was on constantly and the air conditioning/ room temp control did not change despite making adjustments.

Lovely hotel. One of my favourite premier inns although in my opinion it’s starting to look a bit shabby in places. Ricky did a fab job looking after us at breakfast which was lovely. Bed was very comfortable including my daughters travel bed.

After many visits to Premier Inn hotels all over the country, this one is without doubt the best. The rooms are modern, well maintained and exceptionally clean. The food is fantastic, and the breakfast has lots of aspects that other hotels should consider - special requests offered on arrival and made to order, teapots, actual toasters not an ineffective rack, all small things but they make a difference! From the moment we arrived the staff have been friendly, professional and helpful. The people who were in the restaurant this morning ( Ricky and another lady), have gone out of their way to be helpful and friendly. Will definitely come again and will be recommending it to other!
