Awful management - terrible customer service. No respect. Rude, aggressive and upsetting. Won’t even speak to you when you ask for a manager so forget it if you have issues there as they won’t help for sure. Awful upsetting. I will never forget this place.

Terrible old and dated. Rude staff slow service and just an overall shabby stay. Love st Tropez and will defo re visit the area but will never come back to this resort in a million years so i hope that this review helps you all out for booking a hotel in st Tropez. Coz it shouldn’t be this one

The hotel was amazing. Extremely beautiful property and extremely quiet. The staff was super attentive and helpful. It was a quick 3 day trip for us but we will definitely be back.

I am very puzzled by some of the poor reviews. We stayed at this beautiful location for four nights and had a great experience. Although it is not a particularly large hotel, there are three swimming pools - available according to the type of room you book. The hotel was about to close for the season shortly after we left and it was very peaceful. Our room was large and luxurious. There was a great selection for breakfast on the lovely terrace. We did not eat dinner in the hotel as the menu was quite limited and expensive - there are far better options in Saint Tropez. Although you can walk into the centre of town, there is an excellent shuttle bus provided which operates promptly on demand.

Not worth to stay. Like 3 stars hotel. Very far from the sea. Very old. Breakfast is so poor. No variety and poor quality . Normally I like taking photo, but I could not take any photo from this hotel in any angle. Service is very poor. I asked for shower cap have to call twice and wait for an hour. No slipper just flip flop that hurt when used it. I stay in suite 3 nights there is a pool in front of my suite, but look old and not worth for swimming. Have to go to reception that is very far from my suite to exchange the pool towel card to get the pool towel. That’s so rediculous. The carpet in room is very old and dirty. Facility in room is like 3 stars hotel. Not worth to stay. The good thing in this hotel is concierge. Very helpful.

This used to be a 5 star hotel. Not anymore. The rooms are nice. Air conditioning wonderful! Service in general is good. However, the staff is very young and unexperienced. There is a complete lack of management and those at the front desk fail to resolve issues. This hotel needs a manager with ownership. Treatment of clientele is very harsh. No such thing as satisfying the customer. Check out is at 11 am and check in at 4 pm. There was no way they could give us a late check out at 1 pm. I mentioned they had 5 hours to clean the rooms that staying until 1 pm was nothing for them. The response was they have many rooms!! I imagine all of them are not checking out the same date as us, so the argument is very weak. I prepaid the stay in March 2023, three months in advance. That means I gave the hotel credit not knowing if they would provide the services. However, at check in I had to pay 200 Euros per day as a deposit, i.e. 1200 Euros for our six night stay. The surprising thing was that at check out the receptionist mentioned they would give me back the deposit in 3 days because of banking red tape. Unbecoming for a 5 star establishment. We have visited this hotel twice in the past with none of these issues. I will never comeback and obviously won't speak highly to my friends and acquantancies.
