I recently stayed at Kube Hotel in St. Tropez and, unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. The cleanliness of the rooms was a major issue. There were spider webs, and the floors were dirty, even though I specifically requested them to be cleaned the previous evening. To make matters worse, instead of simply providing laundry bags as I asked, the staff took my laundry without permission. The shuttle service was another disappointment. We had to wait for around 30 minutes in St. Tropez, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber. The carpet in the restaurant was visibly dirty, and it was frustrating to see that it could easily be cleaned with a carpet cleaner. Additionally, when I requested a late checkout, the hotel wasn’t flexible at all. They didn’t offer even a single hour extra, which is surprising, given that I regularly stay in hotels in Cannes where they are far more accommodating, despite being much busier. I’m particularly disappointed because my stay at Kube Hotel last year was much better. The rooms were cleaner, the service was more reliable, and the shuttle service worked efficiently. Unfortunately, this time, the experience has been a big letdown. I hope the management addresses these issues because, as it stands, I would not recommend staying here.

The perfect spot near st tropez Only a 15 minutes walk from the town centre. The hotel has beautiful facilities and grounds. The pools are big and also heated. Service is spot on. The breakfast was to die for. Very nice products and delicious too. The room was spacious and had all facilities you can expect including a nice nespresso machine but was a little tired. This hotel was absolutely perfect for us. Ticked all tbe boxes :-) well recommended

In September, we chose to stay at Kube hotel St Tropez, to celebrate our anniversary. Unfortunately, during our stay, my wife's earrings went missing from our room and when we contacted the management about it, they dismissed our concerns and even threatened to involve the police, accusing us of defamation. It was a regrettable experience, especially considering the expensive jewelry involved, and it left my wife deeply disappointed. This level of rude behavior and the theft of my personal belongings is not something we expected at a purportedly five-star hotel. I strongly advise others to avoid this place.

We stayed here for 2 nights and would not recommend.The room was so dirty and the balcony I don’t think I had been cleaned for months.We had a top floor seaview room which albeit overlooked the sea there was a main road infront of it with constant traffic throughout the night which made it impossible to sleep.No manager to express its downfalls.This is not a five star hotel I would say 2 star at best.We will never return and for what you pay much better in St Tropez.Avoid this unprofessional hotel…

My husband and I were guests at the KUBE hotel from September 3 to September 6. Regrettably, during our stay, my gold earrings disappeared from the jewelry box in our room. Even after multiple conversations with the manager, there was no genuine effort to resolve the situation. Instead, they insinuated that I was making false claims. The hotel's management is lackluster at best. It's ironic that during check-in they highlight the quick-locking doors as a security feature, yet incidents like this happen, possibly involving their own personnel. The management seems more concerned about a negative review than the actual theft. It took me a few days to realize that my $12,000 earrings were missing, but I'm certain they were taken during our stay at the KUBE hotel from my jewelry box. I do not recommend this hotel at all. This has never happened to us in the past and we are very upset about this.

Beautiful hotel . Nice breakfast buffet. 3 big pools . Rooms were spacious , stylish and clean .Close to St Tropez. Friendly staff. They provide a private shuttle to St Tropez which is for free . I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

The Kube hotel in St Tropez is a 5 stars hotel full of contradictions. Nice concept, beautiful hotel kubes and a magnificant sea view. Tons of potential for having a unique holiday. But there are strange things … sometimes you need to recall 5 times the reception to get some action. Or at breakfast with stunning views you have only cold pancakes, a housekeeper that goes through the buffet, overbaked eggs or a coffee waiting in stead of served,. The swimmingpools are amazing but dirty paths around with pieces of glass on the same place for more than one day. Also the rooms, high tech, well cooled but a bit dirty. Last but not least, don’t look your stopwatch if you ask room service: it can take up to more than 30 minutes. Thus cleaning could be improved and personnel better instructed. I rate this hotel 4 stars.

The experience was bad… when we arrived in the room, i found hair in the bathroom, and was dirty, we call to come again the cleaning women… when we go take the lunch we order,but also for drink we wait more like 30min only because the personal was just have fun, was looking like they are not there for work… for the dinner we go out, we make reservatione for one car and we say the hour but when we arrived for go out we need to wait. They don t rispect exactlly the time… in the morning for the breakfast the boy dont make disinfect for the table when someboady finish with the eat, they only take the things, without clean the table. Horribile! We go to receptione say all this, plus we make photos for show them in the room have things broken and for one hotel with 5 stars …IS NOT POSSIBILE. What we received? “SORRY” but this dont help. When someboady let the key for the car , and have out the place where they put it ..noboady is atent or look about this. Someboady can go just take the keys and run with the car… We ask speak with directore about all this , but the women for reception she say that he will call us but nouthing. Definittly i don t recomand! The view is nice, but the personal and the service is BAD .
