第一，房子卡開不了門，説是人不在不會弄，每次都得叫保安開，第二，房間裏面全是蟑螂，睡覺床上，枕頭上夜市，能噁心死，昨天政府因為西梅節把好幾個賓館都包了，真無語了，最噁心的一次住宿，蟑螂，蟲子到處都是，我用釘釘水印拍的，做不了假

設施陳舊，空調響聲好似拖拉機，還沒有涼風，沒有供飲用水，凌晨樓道吵架，還沒有保安制止，體驗感極差！

房間裏面沒有一次性拖鞋，房間味道比較難聞，保潔阿姨打掃房間也不敲門，也不問前台，隨意進入房間（在沒退房且不在房間內）。
