The place has a super location. It’s near the city, but actually located in the hot Springs area. We love the landscape and the view. There are a lot of activities that we can do in the hotel, like horse riding, feeding the animals, canoeing, flying fox, swimming, even fishing. The cleanliness of the rooms are not so good. Maybe it was not easy to maintain such big place. My kids love the activities offered there. For me it is a little bit too bustling, especially in the swimming pool area. Because there are a lot of people who weren’t staying in the hotel that could buy a ticket to swim there, so the swimming pool area is not very comfortable to swim in. People are buying a lot of instant noodles and coffees, and they just throw the garbage everywhere. There are cigarette butts, cups, and noodle bows littered absolutely everywhere. I think they should limit how many outsiders could buy a ticket to swim so the area will be still comfortable for the hotel guests, and hire more people to clean. The food was horrible, especially for breakfast, it was almost inedible.

The location is strategic, many of the facilities are free, from swimming pools, flying fox, water ducks, playgrounds. pocket friendly accommodation prices. The a**osphere is cool and please repair the exterior and interior of the building which is starting to look damaged or dirty.
For cleanliness, please pay attention to the cleanliness of the towels.

Like an Upin Ipin house for a Sundanese room, suitable for those with toddlers because there are lots of play areas, it seems like the management has thought about installing air conditioning because the rooms feel hot, oh yes, for guests there is a cafe at the end of the lake, D'Cafe, a good place, delicious and the price is affordable, for Cleanliness needs to be improved further, we took off our footwear in the room, the soles of the auto's feet turned black so you had to mop it yourself, luckily you brought a chamois 😁, the receptionist was kind & friendly, we came at 12.30, you were welcome to check in maybe because the room was ready, there was a boat that guests were free to use from morning until In the afternoon, not at night because the lake is quite deep, 1 - 3 meters, you can get free flying fox, duck boats and swimming for 8 guests, the hot water runs smoothly because it's natural. It's really fun..only when it rains heavily, it leaks so the mattress becomes wet, and when you drink, the dispenser is very jammed. Some of the buildings are rotten like the windows.

One place, but very complete facilities
