Wingate by Wyndham Garner/Raleigh South

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a Wingate by Wyndham Garner/Raleigh South. From the moment I stepped into the lobby until the day of my departure, I was thoroughly impressed with the level of cleanliness and attention to detail throughout the entire establishment. The first thing that struck me was the warm and welcoming atmosphere as I entered the hotel. The staff at the front desk greeted me with smiles and were helpful. In the room the linens were fresh, the surfaces were spotless, and the overall cleanliness was impeccable. It was evident that the hotel placed a high priority on maintaining a hygienic environment for its guests. Throughout my stay, I also explored the hotel's facilities. The dining area, fitness center, and lounges were all clean and well-organized. Whether you are traveling for business or pleasure, you can rest assured that your stay at this hotel will be an enjoyable and memorable one.

Scheduled for a two night stay, and checked out after the first night and booked at another Hotel. The absolute worst mattress I have ever had in a hotel. It was concave, no back support, not padding, so uncomfortable we couldn't sleep. Sheets were over starched, stiff and scratchy. Carpet was dirty. Coffee maker in the room didn't work. The women who checked us in was very nice and friendly. The women who was there when I checked out early and nicely explained the problems, was not interested at all in what I had to say. Ask if it was possible to get a refund, she just told me I had to go through *******.

It was fine. Cleanliness was a bit disappointing as there was trash in the elevator the whole trip, the room was dingy, and there was a strange odor on the first floor.

Enjoyed our stay here, very convenient to where we needed to go. We found the staff to be excellent. Loved the sweet lady who handled the breakfast area. So kind and thorough. The only suggestion would be that the bathrooms need updating. Tub particularly was not in good shape. Otherwise great place!

Convention location to downtown Raleigh. Property is clean, convenient parking, and staff are friendly and helpful. Room and bathroom clean.

If the Redroof motel made a hotel, the Wingate would be it. The showers are dated in the 80s, the room didnt look anything like the description that was shown. Spend the extra $30 and go else where.

Was a little hesitant to stay here because we don’t usually choose this chain. It was good though. We would stay here again and it was cheaper than most around.
