The hotel has free parking in an underground garage with a total of 15 parking spaces.
The hotel environment is comfortable. The room is a duplex. There is a woody fragrance in the room.
The wooden house feels very cozy and the place is huge
There are hammocks and large deck chairs on the upper floor and a small hall on the lower floor (it can accommodate 5-6 people no problem)
You can also see the snow-capped mountains from both sides (the window in the living room and the window looking out from the bed)
The only drawback is that the bathroom has no door, which is inconvenient if you come with friends.
It looks much better in person than in the photos I took. Highly recommended.

Stayed there with our two children. The architecture is superb. Location is crazy. People working here are nice. Combination of these elements made our 3 day stay at Garmisch a lovely memory... What else do you want from a hotel. Thanks...

The lodge we stayed in is beautiful, and the design elements included are really creative. It was really enjoyable spending time in the lodge. The staff (Kai) is very nice and helpful, and him informing us that the street parking is free was really appreciated. The location is perfect - close walk to the center, to Lidl and to the cogwheel train station that takes you to Zugspitze. I would definitely stay here again if I were to come back to GaPa.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room on the top floor was very spacious and high. The hammock was fun. Unfortunately our room neighbors sat outside our room from morning to night and chatted nonstop, which was rather annoying. You can hear the neighbors very well when they stomp around on the concrete floor. Breakfast times have to be specified the day before, which is OK. Unfortunately some don't stick to the times, which causes a bit of a 'mess'. 2 families with small children/babies kept the noise level high, bad luck for those looking for peace and quiet. The breakfast was very varied, although the hard-boiled egg is not our favorite. Parking in the underground car park costs extra. The honest ones pay, the cheeky ones park their BMW 5 series at the charging station and get away for free... Close to the center on foot.

Wir haben ein wunderbares Wochenende im Quartier verbracht! Das Zimmer, eine Suite im 1. Stock des Hotels, war perfekt für ein Wochenende. Tolles Zimmer, sehr schöne moderne, reduzierte Einrichtung...und alles was man benötigt. Dazu der sehr freundliche und stets hilfsbereite Service in allen Bereichen des Hotels. Besonders die Herren am Empfang und das Restaurant Team haben dazu beigetragen! Tolles Frühstück mit allem was das Herz begehrt! Wir kommen gerne wieder!
