We just spent three nights at a 2 bedroom Moun10 apartment. From the first contact to booking and subsequent arrival at the apartment, the experience was top notch. Ibraheem who checked us in was very professional, helpful and cheerful . He explained to us how to get around to the places we wanted to visit, and took us to the apartment and went through the ins and outs of the appliances of the apartment. The apartment is like a home , well equipped , spacious , very clean and comfortable, with all the mod cons.We love how comfortable and homely the place is. The apartment is in a fantastic location and we hardly notice the train station at all. The view to the mountains is very soothing. The location is excellent with the train station and bus station within a very short walking distance. We also like to thank the gentleman at reception on the morning we checked out. He was very helpful and kind and help us called a hotel in Nuremberg. We hope to come back to Gismarch again and would definitely be staying at Moun10 again.

Top notch Apartment with full living room, comfortable bedroom, well stocked kitchen, clothes washer/dryer, parking, and balcony with mountain view. Front desk employees are excellent, especially Sabina and Ubo. They both were extremely friendly and made sure we had a great stay.

The apartment was very modern and clean. The surrounding area was scenic, with easy walking to the bus stop, train depot, coffee cafe, area resteraunts, stores. The zutzpike mountain ticket booth entry was around the corner within walking distance. The staff was very friendly, helpful to tourists, very accomidating with any questions or needs that we had. Handicap accessible if you need that.

We recently spent a few nights at moun10 urlaubswohnen during our trip to Garmisch-Partenkirchen (GaPa) and found this to be conveniently located, fully equiped and modern aparthotel style property just next to rail station. Reservation was made through ***********. Email confirmation was received immediately while payment was processed upon our arrival at mount10. Communication prior to our trip was expedient and helpful. They offer a private parking garage (€10 per night) for those with a vehicle. There is also an attached Mount10 Bakers cafe and bakery for those seeking early morning breakfasts and coffee prior to sightseeing or hiking in the area. You are within short walking distance to a supermarket, restaurants and bars. The property seems new, modern and in very good condition. Rooms are better described as suites or apartment style units with living rooms, kitchens, washing machines, terraces or balconies with outdoor table, bedroom and bathroom. Pictures you can view on their website and *********** are correct depiction of what you can expect to find at moun10. Beds were comfortable and sofa can pull out into a bed for 2 additional people. Lighting, wifi and all amenities in the kitchen, bathroom and living room worked just fine. There is loads of space to get comfortable and make a bit of a home while in GaPa. Do note that there is no in-room safe nor A/C in the rooms. However, you can open window in the bedroom and the sliding door in the living room to your terrace or balcony which can be useful if staying during warmer months. Also, no salad spinner in the kitchen nor soap or shampoo provided in the bathrooms. Otherwise, everything was great with our stay. We enjoyed the property and would give high consideration to staying here again the next time we visit GaPa.

Great apartment. We had number 17. Great location for the area. Price a little steep but we wanted something a little luxurious. The apartment slept 4 (2 in the bedroom, 2 on the sofabed) was very clean with most of the things you needed. It's right by the train station so if you leave a window open at night you will get woken by trains around 5.30am. The apartment has a small balcony looking at at zugspitz. The mountain is captivating! The windows have shutters to give you complete blackout effect which meant we all slept in the first morning - bliss! We needed to use the washing machine as we had already travelled a week before coming here. Machine worked fine but no where to hang clothes to dry - an airer/clothes horse would have been useful. Had to hang tshirts on the towel rail and over shower door and underwear dropped all over the table and cupboard handles. Only thing was the apartment got very hot despite not having the heating on. Opened windows but got woken by trains early in the morning so landed up having to sleep without covers on. A couple of fans would be ideal too! This must get extremely hot in summer as it was between 7-15c fir the 4 days we were here. But a great apartment I would definitely return to as staff were most helpful.

There were several of us there and we rented a small and a large apartment. I was not involved in the planning and did not have great expectations. These were far exceeded. The apartments were spacious and very modern. There were also enough parking spaces in the underground car park. Everything was well thought out so that nothing was missing. The view of the Zugspitze from the balcony/terrace was also great. Shops and various restaurants are within walking distance. The central location at the train station also means there are good public transport connections, and there are taxi stands in the immediate vicinity. Of course, the direct connection to the train station means it is a bit noisy when trains arrive, but this does not happen very often. In general, Garmisch is a great destination with many excursion options that can be easily reached from the accommodation.

There is a restaurant at the hotel, we were the only one in it. Very convenient location, next to the station and opposite the FlixBus stop, we managed to have a very tasty breakfast and wait for the bus, without worrying whether it had arrived :)) A delicious breakfast for two cost 24 euros. I ordered 3 Spiegeleier, a chocolate bun, a latte, my husband a cappuccino and a Zugspitzenbrot - our portions are pictured in the photo, it was just very tasty and satisfying!
